We recently stayed at this hotel twice in a 2 week period and had a marvelous time. The room was clean and nicely furnished. Beds very comfortable, lots of great towels and even beach towels. Geat view of ocean and pier. We even saw dolphins playing right out our balcony view. Very good breakfasts also a plus. Only drawback parking...

My teens and I were awed when we walked in our room for the first time! What a great ocean view. It looked as if the ocean would actually come into the room...not really, but close enough. The beds were super comfy, and the room spacious and clean. The staff anticipated our needs, when had them call for a taxi,...

Thank you Jan! I was so pleased to read about your stay with us and thanks for writing about it. When guests are unsure of which room to pick, I always let them know the ocean is so close you can hear the waves from any room. Thanks again and we hope to see you back soon. We recently got back from our holiday in San Diego and the Pacific Terrace is a 5-star hotel in everyway. The rooms were clean and beautiful and unlike most hotels that promise you an ocean view and when you arrive find that not to be true, this hotel truly delivered on there promise. The views of the beach were the...

Our recent stay at the Pacific Terrace was fabulous. We stayed in a family suite (The Antigua). The view from our patio was not great but the view from the other first floor patios really isn't much better. Still, we loved having a living room. If you want a view go for the upper floors. We found the staff extremely...

Spacious and clean rooms with huge balconies and unbeatable views. Only a few steps to surfing and swimming and only a few more to your choice of restaurants. Complimentary bikes were a nice touch for sight seeing down the boardwalk and access to other beaches. Breakfast in the hotel was reasonably priced and convenient and our teens devoured the fresh...

Our family had a delightful three-day stay at the Pacific Terrace last week (July 2012). The hotel is very well kept, and ideally located if beaches are your thing -minutes from La Jolla and downtown SD. Check-in was easy, and our room was exactly what we had reserved. Had a partial ocean view by the pool. Staff was super friendly,...

We have tons of Marriott points and could stay in San Diego for free, but we choose to return and pay to stay at the Pacific Terrace! Park you car and walk to to the beach, restaurants, shops and more. Our very favorite place to stay in San Diego - the service is top notch! Wont go anywhere else! Jackson...

When we were planning our trip back out west and on the coast, I wanted to go to the beach. Never before had we been to San Diego and someone had mentioned the beaches there. Well, we searched for beaches and this is what we find. We did not realize that the harbor is where it is all at. The...

This hotel was exactly what we had expected when walking upon this place. Nice pool, great view, and very reasonable prices. The manager Enrico was very polite along with all the other staff at this hotel. We will definitely be coming back at his hotel.
