What we paid was bay view room, yet we got partial view room, with basically no way to enjoy the view while in the room. Sitting area also we expected to be larger. Compared to what was advertised in the internet we didn't get what we expected to have from the room.

I wish we could have stayed one more night! Our accommodations were beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Hopefully it won't be raining next time, and we can rent some bikes or go out on the water and have some fun. We are looking forward to bringing our daughters on our next trip and make it a family vacation!

Ther resort is an excellent facility for conferences as well as families, with rooms where you can walk out onto the beach. Centrally located, but with sufficient acreage to help traffic melt into the background. Food is excellent - especially at the Barefoot grill. If you have a conference here bring your significant others - they will enjoy their stay!

This is a beautiful property with unobtrusive single story buildings laid out among lush gardens, ponds and footpaths, three pools, a spa, and beaches on the bay. There are fish ponds, ducks, and birds of paradise. My group is staying here now with 3 rooms for 3 nights for a reasonable price and we love it despite the weather being...

Nice place with a great, homey feel, and wonderful views. Kid friendly, underrated restaurants and a nice, attentive staff. Don't let the reviews of Barefoot Grill scare you off. We went several times and it made the experience there that much better.

This is a beautiful hotel on the outside. Inside is very dated and the pictures of the rooms are just a plain lie. They make it look was better than it is. This is an expensive hotel for what you end up with. The grounds are perfect, the restaurants are amazing but I'm paying for an ice room. Bed was...

Erin, thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent stay. While we're happy to see that you enjoyed the dining venues, we're disappointed that the rest of your stay did not meet expectations. That being said, we appreciate your comments and look forward to using them to improve. We hope you might consider giving Paradise another...

This hotel is a unique oasis in a major metro area! San Diego is known for the beach. So staying somewhere on the water is critical. Paradise Point provides water views, and the added benefit of feeling like you're not in the city at all. It is a self-contained island oasis, that you never have to leave! But if you...

For a hotel with such beautiful grounds and higher-end nightly costs I'd expect a better room experience. Check in was late, the line was out the door and numerous people were sitting around waiting for their room to be ready. There's a $32 "package" charge for the property toys (bikes, bocce ball, etc.) but when you don't get checked in...

Paradise looks beautiful, rooms are fine, except TV signal goes out every few minutes, wireless Internet signal is weak and slow, maid service takes hours to respond, and watch for overcharges and billing irregularities when you check out.

Went there for lunch with some girlfriends and had a great time. Fun atmosphere and great location. You had your choice of tables or large booths. The bathroom had automatic door opens, which caught me off guard. Had the tortilla soup that was very flavorful. Friends had the grilled cheese sandwich that looked great. Went to the Spa after that.
