I came here with my family for six days around Christmas. We stayed in a Bayside sweet, which was fantastic! Our back patio faced Mission Bay and there was a fire pit that we used a couple times right behind our room. The view was spectacular, and we even got to see the sunset pretty much every day we were...

The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Make time for a bonfire on the beach! The swimming pools are heated so you can swim when it's even chilly outside. Room service is quick and always has a smile!

This is a great hotel but slightly run down rooms. The location almost entirely makes up for the rooms being out of date. We had a bayside suite which was worth the money. In the morning we would wake up and walk out our front door and be sitting on the beach. We had coffee while the kids played in...

We began staying at this hotel in 1970. It was called Vacation Village. It was a great place for families. It had a farm, duck pond and playground. The farm and playground are gone. It's gone through so many changes and is no longer a good place to stay. The room we had wasn't clean with mold on the ceiling...

Tuki007, we are incredibly grateful and flattered by your decades-long loyalty, which is why we are also very disappointed to hear about your most recent stay; we sincerely apologize for the problems you encountered. As you know from your past experiences, they are not characteristic. Regarding the hotel’s additional fees, we believe the Passport to Paradise provides great value to...

This place is a little piece of paradise without the cost of a plane ticket. Bayside bungalow suite was great! The staff was always pleasant and ready to assist. The restaurants were amazing. We will definitely be back!

Great hotel, really nice property, private island, beach all the way around. They have a pier with jet ski's, boats, paddle boarding, and kayaking. They also have a mediocre miniature golf course that is horrible, but we had a blast doing it. They have ping pong, a nice spa, segway and bike rentals. Overall i would highly recommend staying here...

This review is on the resort as a WHOLE. The resort has a lot to offer, but it all seems a bit overpriced. The rooms are nothing special, minimalist even. It probably had a lot to do with the weather and humidity but all the linens seemed like they were wet. Stayed in 2 different rooms in the Lanai Premium...

A beautiful resort close to home. gives you a great island feel. my only complaint is the extra you have to pay to park your car next to your room. great restaurants, great location, and definitely relaxing. would go again.

I won the room through my company and I had read some bad review on the bungalows. Ours was neat, clean and updated. I had the HUGE bedroom with cool décor and half the dual master bath and my friend had the livingroom with cool décor. Our door opened directly to the beach. I am use to San Diego beaches....
