This property used to be very nice, with a nice atmosphere. The grounds need to be cleaner, water pressure needs to be improved and I wish that the walls aren't so thin. The 2 restaurants however, serve good quality food with a good selection on the menu. So, I would dine here but maybe will think twice next time if...

Upon arrival, room was not ready. We waited for over an hour but were not called. We were not given chance to use pool or even offered a free drink.....which is poor when you have 2 kids. During stay, extensive refurb was ongoing and we were awoken at 530am by trucks emptying waste bins. On check out, system was "down"...

Room dining table had ground in dirty stains in it and the couch had stains. No carpet like in picture on internet. Your internet room pics of individual rooms do NOT meet the level of expectation for the room you get. BIG PROBLEM WITH THAT. You need to update your website and be TRUTHFUL with the pics for the individual...

It was very nice having a pool so close to our room. I loved that we could go to so many beaches, Sea World, the San Diego zoo and other places within 10-20 minutes. I likes the layout of the resort as well.

So much to do....we didn't leave the resort for 3 days. Pools were great...main pool has a very large area that is shallow and great for both little and big kids. Tennis courts and basketball courts great and included in the resort fee. I would have given this 5 stars if it wasn't for the horrible internet connections....we had zero...

Loved being right in the water with a fire pit in front of our room. Room are dated but clean. Sofa bed was horrendous but regular bed was comfortable. Pools were warm enough for the kids to swim and reasonably clean. Service was inconsistent and our check in was very late. (Our room was not ready until nearly 5 pm...

Beautiful location, large rooms but expensive compared to other resorts in the area. We didn't get much service while staying. The rooms were clean. Like that there were hard wood floors for cleanliness. The beds were comfortable.

Property is nice, services are ok. Food was good but very expensive. Rooms old. Resort charges were high for most activities. Rooms not cleaned daily . Calling for assistance on the house phone got you just lip service for most issues

Outdated, nonfunctional rooms. Beautiful property with pools and all around the property beach, but not not worth the price, especially when you need to add resort and parking fees. Everything in the property is overpriced and if I can give one tip, skip the mini-golf.
