You can't beat the quality and location of this Westin hotel. Within walking distance of all Gaslamp attractions! The hotel staff is wonderful; sent a slice of amazing cake up for our birthday celebration. The valet fee ($45 per night) is a bit extreme however.

My wife and I needed a break and we are SPG points travelers. We therefore tend to stay at their hotels. This time we did not use points for our stay as the number of points went up and the rooms were not expensive. I stayed here in 2012 when they were under renovation and this time I could appreciate...

Westin staff and facility are top notch as expected. Parking valet was a bit steep @ 45.00/ night. Hotel is in a good location to most SD attractions. We were there for a Pub Crawl. Uber cost to Ballest Point, Ale Smith was reasonable and allowed us to concentrate on having fun with the group. Hotel is walking distance to...

The Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter hotel is a great place to stay when visiting San Diego on business or pleasure. The location is convenient and within walking distance of Petco Park, the Convention Center, and many shops and restaurants. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are spacious.

We were going to San Diego for the weekend to celebrate our 25th Anniversary so I wanted a nice place to stay. I researched lots of places and found some good ones. However, I always like getting more bang for my buck. So taking into consideration location and price I chose the Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter location. My number...

I am a die hard SPG guy so i am a little biased. The service here is on par with other Westins which is good to great At this location , located within walking distance to 100 restaurants and another 100 bars not to mention Horton plaza ( which the wife loves) the rooms are nice but a little dated...

We held an Employee of the Year event at the Westin and they went above and beyond to meet our demands! When the weather didn't cooperate, they were quick to provide options so that our luncheon went off without a hitch - all of our guests were very impressed!

The rooms were roomy and for the most part, clean. Loved the fact we could open a window for fresh air. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Walls are thin and it doesn't appear the rooms have been dusted for quite some time.

Dear BlessUrHeart, One of the most frequent comments I get is praise for our terrific staff. And I’d have to agree! We take great pride in having our guests leave feeling better than they did when they arrived. That is our Westin promise and I am glad we have kept our promise. I too love the fact that we are...

The Westin is in a good spot close to restaurants and bars. It's located by a mall which is both good and bad. The rooms were ok, but they weren't great. The room was super hot. We had the temp turned down as low as we could, but it was still near a boil. The staff was friendly, however there's...

Nice hotel, always great heavenly bed but need to compliment housekeeping and front desk staff who called me after I checked out to tell me I left my IPad in the room. Very appreciative and hats off on being proactive, in calling me. That goes a long way with me and other travelers.
