Superb location at the heart of downtown within easy walking access to a lot of destinations. Rates were highly competitive given the prime location. Rooms are comfortable though decidedly on the cozy size. Given the historic nature of the hotel, this is not a negative....More

Stayed here with friend back in March for my birthday, the rooms were well equipped, clean the decor was nice as well, the hotel is in a great location very convenient to restaurants, shops, USS Midway. The downside is the parking situation.

The rooms were nice though they didn't take out the trash or resupply shampoo when they straightened the room. The valet texting service didn't work so we still ended up waiting for the car at the street. Neither did the valet service load our luggage...More

I believe they require a credit card which is pretty much standard now at all hotels. You can ask but it has been our experiences that all hotels pretty much require a card now.
