We really enjoyed our stay at the Blue Sea Beach Hotel. The location is fantastic! Just steps from Pacific Beach & in the middle of everything! You walk out of the hotel & you are on the strand & steps away from the beach & restaurants. The staff was friendly & helpful. Our rooms were exactly as pictured on the...

Decent hotel in San Diego. The hotel is right across from Pacific beach , which is a very beautiful and expansive beach. The thing to note is that there is a boardwalk separating the beach wall and the hotel wall. we stayed for 3 nights May 13 - 16. So first floor room - 160 which we were handed the first...

The hotel staff were all very accommodating the entire time. Some people have claimed the rooms are 'tight,' and I suppose for some they are, but they were still great rooms. We had a partial ocean view, and our room opened out into the pool area with a view of the ocean. There was a huge mirror in the room...

Did an overnight trip to San Deigo and stayed here. The room was clean, smelled good and big. Great location on the beach and within walking distance to places to eat. The elevator was noisy and shake.

We stayed here for three nights and had two rooms. Unfortunately we were put on the first floor the view from our room was of the pool and hot tub, with limited beach views. Our adult kids had a good view, but would have been nice to be on 2nd or 3rd floor. No freebies at this place other than...

I deliberated between staying on the beach or in downtown. I'm glad I chose the beach as the beach views are stunning and we wanted a casual vacation and dining experience. The lobby offers flavored water everyday in the lobby so I would go fill up my water bottle for the day. While in the lobby, I noticed a lot...

Best hotel in San Diego! Great location. No other hotel is this close to the water. The rooms are not fancy but they are clean and decorated nicely. We loved how close we were to the beach, literally steps from it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the decor of the hotel as well as the fresh fruit water and apples in the lobby! We paid extra for the reserved parking which was great as it was very difficult to find public parking.
