Good location with attractive landscaping, but unfortunately the rooms especially in the low rise buildings are worn, dilapidated, tired, dirty and dingy. The carpet is stained and nasty and there are stains on the sofa. The front desk people were very nice, I kinda feel sorry for them having to deal with the complaints, etc. It's true if I was...

Excellent room and comfort. It would be helpful it the restaurants stay open longer into the night. Pleasant hotel staff, food needs to have a larger moderate price menu. It is always a pleasure to stay at Hyatt

Arrived at 10:30pm after a long, cross-country flight and all I wanted to do was sleep. Upon leaving reception, I noticed some club music playing and thought that was odd background music for the common areas of the Hyatt Regency. While navigating the dark walkways to my room in the Bay II building the music became increasingly louder. I continued...

This hotel was all we hoped. We stayed in a tower club room on the 17th floor. The club snacks were great. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The evening snacks were usually some salads, crackers, cheeses, breads. Better quality than I expected. Also the deserts put out were a nice touch. The hotel has more of a resort vibe. Which...

Food options could be improved. Refrigerator froze food overnight and on-site food options were expensive as compared to surrounding community. If food options were more cost effective overall stay rating would have been excellent.

We were supposed to get two adjoining rooms and even called to double check. When we arrived they said that they messed up the rooms and we would have to be in separate buildings. The room that we went to was next to the elevator and we could hear it move, beeps and people in the hall. Most good hotels...

This is a very average hotel showing its age. It definitely does not deserve to be in the Hyatt "Regency" family. We were upgraded to a slightly larger corner room which had great water views. Unfortunately, even on the 14th floor we could hear terrible road noise when opening the window. The bathroom was quite disappointing. There was no bath,...

Definitely the worst Hyatt experience ever. The rooms are in terrible condition, and look like they haven't been updated since Nixon was President. The suites are in a separate building with outdoor corridors (like a cheap motel) and the exterior noise (including hotel staff rolling giant carts down the cement corridor) is deafening. The beds are lumpy. Plumbing is antiquated....
