Hit the top floor for a drink (42nd floor I think) with amazing views is a must! Adult only pool was a welcome surprise. Walking distance to most everything. Parking fee not so great and not comped because a 3rd party even with platinum status (ie 36 hour stay = $59 self park fee).

Entrance was beautiful, reception was friendly, view is ok but for a good view you must pay a nice extra. Rooms are small. In my room the ceiling of the bathroom was cracked. The hygiene was ok. Hotel is in general beautiful.

The Manchester is a great hotel. The foyer between the two towers reminds one of the great railway stations of the past, broad, expansive and so much marble. We had an excellent room, very spacious, overlooking San Diego Bay. The service was very good everywhere except for the Grand Lobby Bar where on two occasions we had to basically dragoon...

I was here for a business conference at the convention center. I really liked this hotel. It's very large but clean, comfortable and convenient. It's easy to walk to the convention center and gas lamp district. Rooms are very comfortable and staff is very nice.
