Such a large hotel, you'd expect hurried, impersonal service. Not the case here! I attended a large conference, about 3,000 attendees, and I was amazed at the level of service that I experienced. The people at the concierge desk were helpful and extremely friendly, the valets were wonderful, the front desk staff was amazing. Since I was there for business,...

Had the opportunity to stay at this high class hotel located at walking distance from Sandiego convention center and 10min taxi ride from airport. You can expect the service - ammenities associated to high class hotel. Room a decent - clean and fantastic harbor view (must request during check in). Hotel is kids friendly but can be very pricy as...

You couldn't ask for more helpful and courteous staff. I also loved my parlor room with a sofa bed. 700 square feet of space with dining room table, big flat screen TV and a kitchenette. Full size bathroom and living room, nice view over the pool, harbor and the mountains.

I came here with family, after having loved it after my last stay. I had a great weekend, and cannot recommend this hotel enough! As I wrote before, you will be awed by the grand lobby, and thrilled with the great service and location. I can't add much more, as I had a great stay with generally great service despite...

This is a huge hotel, hence the word "Grand" in the name. I've stayed at most hotels in the Gaslamp area, and this was one of the best. The artwork is very impressive throughout the lobby area. The location is great: It's not located in the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. Tons of restaurants within walking distance! There's...

My wife, 2yr old and I stayed at this hotel for three nights in Feb 2016. We wanted something within walking distance to some of the San Diego attractions for a long weekend trip. The hotel fits our needs on that account - very walkable to restaurants and other places of interest nearby. I give this hotel three stars because...

Great hotel, art, landscaping, food, roof toop bar, and rooms of the bay are great...Excellent bed and pools !! We especially liked eating and having a drink in the bar and lounge on the main floor. The art in the main lobby is also great.
