Just finished a 2 night stay at the hotel. Great staff, food and beverage. Ideal if you are into shopping, sports and restaurants. Easy freeway access and close to the gas lamp dist. Will stay here on my next trip to San Diego.

Resort? Far from it. This place is really dirty and the A/C didn't work. I agree...Hotel 6 is much better. I went two days without towels. I was told I would get a small refund. Nothing! Advice? Go somewhere else. So sad, this could be a nice place with a major make over.

My wife and I stay here often on business and pleasure. Everything is great and the value is outstanding. The rooms are ample, beds are comfortable and the pool is crystal clear just the right temperature. The pub is a neat chill out place, the food is great and the restaurant next door is just super. There is nothing not...

I understand that a low budget hotel is often without frills. However I do not consider expecting a room with no feces on the bathroom floor, blood on the walls, dubious bedding in terms of cleanliness, no towels, moldy tiles hanging from the ceiling and obvious prostitution going on directly outside to be frills. This place is sleazy and the...

If there were negative ratings, I'd give it. Place is horrible. Motel 6 is better, trust me!! HEAVY drug use in broad public. Public drinking. They don't tell you but people actually also live at this hotel. It is NOT a resort. The rooms are horrible (lamps that don't work, bugs, broken a/c's, dirty filthy carpet and walls, horrible mini-fridges')......

Where do you start? Desk staff at evening check in was rude, unhelpful. I should have known right away to cancel. She kept giving excuses to other customers, nearly yelling at them and did not come through on any of our requests. The general grounds were trashy. The room was a disgrace. Seemed like an old college apartment - well...

The rooms were cleaned. However you cannot clean thread bare carpets, baths with peeling enamel and faded walls. Air conditioning leaked and the extraction fans are so clogged with grunge they were ineffective. Window frames and doors falling to bits..We are normally easily pleased but this place was a 1 out of 10 and we are being generous. Would definitely...

Where to start?? This place is just nasty. I was afraid to use the coffee maker, not terribly sure about stepping into the shower. The tile floor in the bathroom gives the appearance of not having been mopped in months, the filter in the A/C unit DEFINITELY hasn't been changed in forever (has more fur on it than my dog...

This is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in. We visited San Diego on the final leg of our driving holiday from Vancouver to San Diego. During this trip (organised by a highly reputable third party travel company) we stayed in nine hotels with Mission Valley Resort being the last. On checking in, we were greeted by the...

The rooms DO NOT look anything close to what their website shows. There is no golf course contrary to what is shown...
