Wow what a great hotel! Room was lovely with a balcony looking down on the gaslamp quarter. The room was small by American standards but for us it was fine. Didn't use the fireplace as the weather was gorgeous. Highly recommend the restaurant for breakfast, especially the orange juice which was delicious San Diego is amazing, I will be back!

This was my second time staying at this hotel. Both times were very enjoyable. It is a fabulous location and the hotel was very clean and quaint. The historic significance was very interesting; I much prefer hotels with character to big box hotels. Although small, the room was clean and adequate, with a fireplace small balcony and view of the...

My husband and I stayed here for one night and this was our first time in San Diego. Excellent location - was an easy walk to tons of restaurants and a very quick walk over to the Petco where we saw a ballgame that night. Excellent customer service and the rooms were clean and spacious. Definitely would stay here again...

The Horton Grand Hotel is indeed grand! Old style charm in this historic hotel w/all the modern amenities! Shout-out to Emma at the front desk for providing us w/a splendid upgrade! What a treat this place is :) - Pleasant staff, and ambiance in buckets. After a long week of meetings it was a pleasure to spend a night here and relax. Right in the heart of the Gas Lamp quarter, so all you need is within steps. Hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. We'll stay again.

The hotel is deceiving . We arrived and the valet met us taking care of our luggage and vehicle . All parking is expensive and this is $40 a 24 hour period . The hotel was built in 1880's and is close to almost everything in Gaslamp area including a few blocks from convention center and harbor walk . Rooms...

We were in town for a wedding. The hotel is gorgeous and super clean. The hallways were nice and wide with light colors and beautiful staircases. The staff were extremely professional. We were particularly happy with the concierge (very helpful) and the valet parking attendants (gave us lots of good advice on what to do). The front desk was very...

What a great place to stay! Very clean, staff is great, the room was excellent ! We would definitely recommend staying here. They have a nice restaurant on site, and there are many within walking distance. They were kind enough to let us check in early, our flight got in earlier than anticipated (we were 4 hours earlier).
