This is one of the worst hotels that I have stayed in. The room was stinky and very small. Extremely dated with very old furniture. Staff was very rude. Charged my card unauthorized charges and never sent a folio. Room was dirty. They charge a resort fee and this hotel is by no means a resort. Will never come to...

We stayed at this hotel prior to the resort and the parking fee being charged. I am not quite sure why they implemented these fees since there has been little to no change in the Garden View rooms. We also had an our TV break, the maintenance man came in a timely manner but could not fix it therefore we...

Rooms are quite dated and have a funky odor, I hear the tower is a better experience. If you do happen to be put in the older rooms, ask for a room away from Charley's Sports Bar which is on the grounds. You'll hear cheering and yelling at all hours of the night as well as the loud foot traffic...

The resort is under a major renovation. Be sure to request the tower as these rooms have been updated. It appears that the maids are not always paying attention details as there was hair in the bathroom and trash still behind the trash cans. We arrived late on Tuesday February 7th 2017. We decide to try Charlie's for a late...

Greeted by Alyssa at check in. Very cordial and helpful. The room we occupied was very spacious. Even with the king size bed there was lots of floor space (2nd floor room). There was a section with a sliding door suitable for dressing in private without having to go into the bathroom. If you need a space to write on...

The room we had was very dated with Purple flower wall paper and antique furnishings. The room was small with no drawer storage so luggage had to be easily accessible at all times making the room seem even smaller. The bathroom sink was cracked stain and the plumbing pipes looked like they had never been cleaned. The tile floor in...

This review is based on my experiences in Nov 2016 when I stayed at this resort as a conference attendee. Along with attending sessions, I slept in a room that had mold, ate average food from the two food service areas, swam in a 'not so clean and not heated pool, and used a super great hot tub. Given the...

On my first night (a few days before the PAG conference started) the place was almost empty. No bar open anymore after 10pm, and no food. The reception desk had said I could still have dinner in one of the restaurants of the hotel, but it was closed. As I had travelled for more than 24 h I justed wanted...

Our group needed 3 rooms preferably close for an 3 day visit to San Diego. Annette in reservations made it a priority and Polina was aware of our need upon check-in. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were beautiful. the location is close to everything.
