My group loves the T&C for many reasons but their favorite is the outdoor walks. Every other comparable convention space in the city is indoor elevator commutes between the rooms and the convention space. At the T&C your group will walk through rose gardens past hidden pools to your meetings. When I first booked at the T&C 11 years ago...

Could not believe that they were so cheap not to offer any kind of complimentry breakfast not even an orange juice, if you were part of the convention groups they had the whole nine yards for breakfast, not impressed with neglect with single stay or walk ins, treatment ...went up the coast, got breakfast and complimenrary keep sakes better service....

Glad you enjoyed our resort feeling. Since you stayed during the Memorial Day weekend we did have movies on the lawn both Friday and Saturday evening for the kids to enjoy, and cotton candy! We look forward to having you back again for a longer trip next time.

The Town and Country Resort is like a small cluster of business on one property. There are two "high rise" type hotels (nothing spectacular about them) and then many clusters of 2 story bungalow type rooms. I have stayed on both and very much prefer the bungalows. The bungalows each have their own "neighborhood", complete with lots of landscaping, outside...

As you mentioned, we are both a family property and a convention property rolled into one. We have all the convention space, but also 3 swimming pools, a spa and fitness center, 4 restaurants, 2 gift shops, and a trolley stop, shopping mall (with movie theater, stores and restaurants) and golf course all right next door.

The hotel staff were nice enough to give me great first impression. However, at the end of my stay, they failed to process my payment the way we had agreed. I guess the back end is not as professional as the front end. The mattress sheet was also not cleaned properly. To be fair, apart from these issues, the facilities...

We're pleased our hotel staff provided you with a great first impression, but do apologize if the payment process was not what was agreed upon. I do hope any corrections that are necessary have been made and, if not, please contact our billing office for assistance. Thanks for staying with us and for letting us know that overall you did...

I was rather disappointed by the hotel and the convention center. It all looks as if it has seen better days. The windows and doors in the room are poorly isolated and you will hear everything that goes on around you. Outside you have the constant background noise of the freeway. Several of the conference rooms are rather small, you...

The surrounding of the hotel is quite noise but the hotel itself is an oasis. Very beautiful lawns, gardens, swimming pool area, etc. It is a little bit old fashioned but very clean. The staff is extremely friendly. I will return to the hotel again.

Amazing pool and spa, great facilities and a top location! I've stayed here 4 years out of the past 5 and I've always had a great experience. Staff and friendly and welcoming. We love the garden rooms with the great seating area outside for meals in the sun!

Even though we arrived early in the day, our room was ready for us. We were transported to our room in a cart and immediately felt at home. Is is very expensive if you consider what you can expect from this price. The mattress as well the furniture need some renovation. The location is not the best one you can expect. The swim pool is also very small.

Thank you so much for staying with us and for your feedback. We do regret that you don't feel your stay was worth the money, but please note that when you come for a convention you sometimes are also paying for the meeting space and meal functions.
