Thank you for your feedback on your visit to our hotel for your business meeting. We are very centralized to San Diego so getting in and around the city is fast and easy. Not only do we have an AVIS rental car agency on property, but the trolley is also within walking distance taking you to downtown and other places...

Overall my experience as OK. A little hard to find the room; this place is a maze once you get inside. But, I was able to park my car for the length of my stay and just use the trolley. A station is just across the street. The room smelled a little musty (I must have been in an older...

We provide a property map at check in and have various signage around the property to help find your way. Had a wonderful time. Facilities were excelent. Glad we are coming back next year. The food was delicious. The bed was a little too firm for me but that was my opinion and no one else complained. See you next year!

We're also pleased to have your organization back again next year. It was our pleasure to host your convention. Takes for letting us know what a wonderful time you had and how excellent the facilities were. See you next year.

This was a very pleasant trip. Fun gathering for our painting interests. I do not wish to include more characters. This is a very strange request for so many comments so I am only adding enough to satisfy your RED marks. Thank you.

We're glad you had a good stay and would love to see some of the pictures you took of our gardens and grounds -- perhaps you can post online for us to see? We appreciate your comments on our beautiful weather, good food and friendly staff. Thank you.

They did not have my registered room ready at the claimed check-in time. Generally a decent hotel, but not worth the price for a conference trip. I suppose you pay for the pools &c. which only a leisure visitor would use.

We do apologize for the delay in checking you into your guestroom. We were sold out the day prior and we were, unfortunately, not able to get all the rooms cleaned in time for the 3:00 p.m. check in time. We are sorry for the 45 minute delay, but hope you were able to store your luggage in our storeroom...

This was the most memorable hotel/convention experience I have ever had. The accomodations were wonderful...clean and comfortable. The restaurants were really great with great staff and the meeting rooms very, very good. I would be very, very happy to attend another convention at the Town and County Resort. My only negative comment...there need to have a courtyard ice cream parlor...

What a great idea to have an ice cream parlor of some kind on hot days. We do sometimes open the outside pool area for BBQ and snacks, including ice cream. We also sell ice cream in the Deli. Glad you had an excellent experience here for your hotel and convention and we appreciate your feedback.

Site including conference venue, accommodation, dining, pools etc was very well managed but disappointing for anyone hoping to enjoy San Diego without needing cab/car. Fortunately you can walk to the nearby mall. Probably better for families with small kids than for adult groups. Nice (large) room but no bar fridge or safe.

The last time I stayed at this hotel, I vowed I would never stay again, but I gave it one more shot. I have enjoyed using the spa facility on the property in the past. I booked at least a month in advance, but they still screwed up my reservation. They booked me in the wrong tower and no rooms...

We stayed here this past weekend for my birthday and got a good deal through the San Diego Zoo website. When driving into the complex, you do notice that the buildings look a little dated, but I think it adds to the charm of the place. It's not run down at all, but you can just tell this place has...
