Very nice hotel, the rooms were cleaned once we left for the day. Staff was friendly and the beds were very comfy! it was close to everything especially the wedding event that we went to. I also loved how there were variety of café's nearby to eat at before starting our day

It is a very basic place, nice, easy and great location. The pool and hot tub were nice. Our room had a broken holder, but they came within minutes and fixed it. It was clean and people were friendly for sure.

We booked this hotel after being screwed on our reservations at another location in San Diego. We have a family of 6, and couldn't find another hotel that would give us 1 room with our children. So that said I Love that they had a room accommodating a family of 6, which seems to be hard to find. Pool was...

Stayed 1 night, room was clean nice interior and bathroom with unique décor and bathroom accessories. Easy access to I-8 and local malls and restaurants. I recommend it to anyone staying 2 nights or less. Parking is a little tight but manageable.

After searching for a decent hotel I found the Iris. Broken Furniture, drinks left in fridge, broken remote, stains on all pillowcases. drawers that would not close. Only decent part was the staff. Do yourself a favor and find another hotel in the area which there are plenty.

I stayed in the suite with the jet tub and it was great and exactly as advertised! Room is comfortable and staff are friendly. The only negative would be due to the location, the sound of cars is a constant, even at night.
