We had a spacious room on the top floor with a bathroom across the hall. The room was quaint and charming and comfortably furnished. The staff were polite and accommodating. There is a hot tub on the back porch with only half the jets working. Breakfast was delicious and hot (croissant sandwich and cereal with coffee and juice. This is...

Very good option in the Torrey area. Situated on a ridge at the beginning of Torrey. Close to Capitol Reef NP Visitor Center. Nice inn with individually decorated rooms. Ours was very spacious (Tumbleweed). Inn also has hot tub, though it is generally very windy on the ridge. Breakfast was good and included eggs, sausages, fruits, French toast. We had...

Thank you for staying with us. We hope that you come back again. We should have a live-in innkeeper starting this summer.

We were on a tour of the Mighty 5 National Parks in southern Utah with Capitol Reef being the middle of the trip. I had researched hotels in Torrey but decided to try out SkyRidge. We were already five days in and, believe me, that hot tub came in handy! My feet immediately felt better and ready for four more...

We apologize for the lack of towels. That was an error on our part and we will talk to our housekeeper about it. Thanks for the feedback. Thank you for staying with us! Please come back again.

We were greeted by Kristin, a young high school girl, and given a quick tour of the facilities. She took our credit card information and asked us if we wanted breakfast at 8:00 or 8:30 and showed us to our room. She was very pleasant but we never saw her again. It was so odd not to communicate with an...

We stayed only one night, using SkyRidge as a base for visiting Capitol Reef National Park the next day. Soon after we checked in, we met Gary, the proprietor. I'd heard that he also owned the Broken Spur across the street, so we chatted about that a bit, but it was too late for our dinner. I mentioned that we...

We stayed in the Tumbleweed room which is on the main floor and has its own entrance. Everything about the SkyRidge is wonderful! It is so quiet. The scenery and location is great, especially because you are just minutes from Capitol Reef. The staff was very helpful. It was nice to see the owner each morning. We will definitely stay...

Overall the room was nice accept for one thing. Stayed in the sagebrush room. Clean and comfortable accept that the heat did not work. We were on our honeymoon and my wife froze. We told the inn keeper the next morning the heat didn't work but it never got fixed. Disappointed. It was very cold being winter. We had to...

We are so sorry about the heat problem. We are serviced by a local propane company whose job it is to keep the tank filled year round. We have no idea why it ran out but our housekeeper told us as soon as she noticed and we made a quick phone call. The tank was filled within the hour. We...

I agree with the other comments that this is not a typical B&B. Especially, the breakfast and no one on site. The breakfast was more than adequate but not the normal B&B fare. Now, the room was amazing with a private hot tube on the balcony outside our room. The room windows on three sides and the views were worth...

There is no resident innkeeper at this property. It is tended to by a clerk from the Broken Spur motel a block away. Upon arrival I found a note on the door with a phone number to call and that someone would be there shortly. No mention of the Broken Spur or anything. What if I did not have a...

My opinion is similar to others I have seen for the property. The room was quite nice and up to B&B standards (better than a motel/hotel). Owners did not live in the property, however, and were only there in the morning and afternoon which was different than I am use to for B&Bs. Not a problem per se, just different....
