Everything was excellent. Comfortable room. Many amenities. Everyone was super helpful and nice. Marvin at front desk was always smiling. The location was good. Most of NY attractions are at walking distance, so that was great for me. I really recommend staying here.

I was in NYC for one night for a business trip. Saw this hotel available for a good price and in the location I needed, so I went for it. Great decision - clean modern room and friendly, efficient staff. Marvin E was brilliant in helping with my luggage and checking me in early.

It was a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a nice neighborhood with plenty to do within walking distance--and close distance to subway. The food is a hit at the hotel lounge and we definitely enjoyed the pasta, buffalo wings and burger! Thank you especially to Marvi and Joel at the front desk for making our stay wonderful. They provided exceptional service, and quickly addressed our needs. We look forward to coming back to this hotel the next time we're in the city!

At arrival I was greeted by Jediare. My check in process was smooth, I enjoyed a few cocktails and some truffle fries at happy hour. When I woke up early to go for a walk Jediare was back at the desk to greet me and give me directions to Whole Foods. Overall all the staff I interacted with were pleasant but Jediare went above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant! One of my favorite parts was the view from the room and for the lobby alone I will be back ! Thank you!

This is our non-worst hotel I have ever stayed at in New York. The staff is unaccommodating and extremely unfriendly. I did not get one hour of sleep because of the noise in the room from outside and inside the hotel and the renovations across the street. I asked to speak to the manager several times And each time I was blown off until he finally returned my call at around 9 AM. American Express was not even able to reach them to refund me for the second night that I did not want to stay. I still have not seen the refund on my credit card and the manager told me something I have never heard in my life, which is he could not provide me with a receipt for my prepaid two nights with one night refunded. I was on the 16th floor and I could hear everything as if I was sitting on the sidewalk all night long. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was no comforter. It was horrible. This hotel should have a two star rating at most.…

The reservation that you booked your reservation under was prepaid through Expedia. Unfortunately we cannot refund the second night right away as Expedia has to be reached first so they can process the refund on their end.
