We have stayed here 3-4 times and every time we arrive with a smile leave with a smile looking forward to our next trip. Great staff, great mini bar, comfortable beds, love the deep bath tubs and the fact that we can open the windows and let in fresh air- this is rare in NYC

Admitted. I have betrayed The Mercer a few times while in NYC. I always regretted it. Last time when I gave the Four Seasons a try, I canceled my last night there only to return to my favorite place in NYC. But The Mercer is not for everyone. If you need extensive service by

Room walls are paper thin, there will be more than you in the room like it or not. Construction going on a 50 feet from my window on the building next door and we were never told.Telephone was not working, I complaint, and they never fixed it. Flies when we arrived. Yes flies,

We have just come back from a 3 night stay at this Hotel. We are regular visitors to NYC and usually stay in the same hotel of 57th St. Having decided to stay in Soho, we were not disappointed from our arrival to the time we left. This hotel not only is wonderful internally

Very good hotel in the best part of SOHO. BUT i would not pay top dollar to stay here. Sometimes you can get a room for 350-400 which makes sense for this hotel. Depending on the season you can Paul over $600 per night

Bien cordialement,
