My family and I stayed here for a few nights in May. The service was excellent. Our request for a cot was filled quickly. My children were both invited to select a complimentary stuffed animal from a large selection upon check-in and special food treats were delivered to the room for the kids. We had a large room with two...

We stay here every chance we get. No ther place compares. Service, quality, staff and of course location. There are many hotels to choose from in New York, but none deliver the high level of service of the Four Seasons.

The room was amazing, We could see the park and so many other buildings from the 47th floor. The staff is very aware of their guest and gave us a great recommendation about the pizza place about 3 blocks away. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and very very friendly. One of the best places that I have ever...

Was really very disappointment at checking in, I was waiting for long time before the front disk staff noticed me..had to deal with arrogant staff. Way over priced hotel. Room serves was triable, they left my food at the door and lift while I am waiting inside the room over an hour

Booked a room at the Four Seasons in New York City at the very last minute - I have to admit, I booked only because 1) our first choice hotel (The Peninsula) didn't have room for us and 2) a dear friend works for a Four Seasons on the other side of the country and is always wondering why I...

Just got back from a five day stay at the Four Seasons in New York City. The property and service were just wonderful. It's easy to forget what "old world" service really is with all the new hotels out there , cramming you into tiny spaces with hard beds and no amenities. The Four Seasons really went out of their...

I stayed two nights for an event in the hotel. I booked a very nice deluxe king room with excellent views. The check-in process was easy. The welcome amenity was decent. The room is dated with a great need for upgrades for furniture and fabrics. You will get the 5 star Four Seasons service and attention!

Stayed here a couple of nights in June 2014. Got upgraded as travel agent is a preferred partner. The room on 10th floor is huge by NY standards with walk in closet, separate bath and shower. We also got USD60 off breakfast. The front desk were friendly enough. Considering the price paid, it is surprising that bottled water is not...

In common with the grasping practice of expecting heavy tips which is sadly part of New York hotel and restaurant life (as though you hadn't been charged enough already for Four Seasons service), one incident tells you a lot about this hotel. Breakfast, which is second-rate anyway (years ago it used to be wonderful here), now comes with "fresh" orange...

Everything about the hotel was spot-on, the location, service, rooms, everything! The overall quality of services the staff brings is outstanding, they are so careful and assure you the best stay they can offer. If I had to describe it in one word it would be extraordinary!

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
