I want to like this hotel. It’s got history and the flowers are pretty but it falls short. I like to unpack my clothes if staying more than a couple of days but this hotel only has the side tables to offer. I would like...More
This is the 3rd time that I have stayed at this hotel because it is centrally located in mid town (Madison and 52nd; convenient to sub way, buses and an easy walk to Theater district, the park and great restaurants and shops). The hotel is...More

Thank you very much for taking the time to compose such a detailed and wonderful review. We are very grateful for your kind words. We agree that our location is in the heart of New York City yet just outside the daily hustle and bustle....More

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
You always have to leave a credit card up front to cover any incidentals. This is pretty standard in any American hotels. As for packages, I would assume yes, as they have a business center and/ concierge desk
