Our family of three (2 adults one child - 7 year old) stayed at Casablanca for three nights. very clean with wonderful staff. Location cannot be any better. Right in the middle of Time Square, this little gem is a nice place to recover from all day activities. there are a few nice restaurants on the same street which we...

Stayed here with my family and found them to be excellent. Slight hiccup with welcome letters but nothing big. Lovely hotel with an even better location next to times square. Ricks cafe girls can't help you enough through breakfast and the evenings cheese and wine. Bit too warm around the cafe and the hall ways however nice air conditioning in...

I stayed at the Casablanca for one night, pre cruise, and I wished I had stayed longer. I was upgraded to a room on L6 and it was very cosy, clean and quiet. The only beef I had is that the air conditioner was quite noisy. The complimentary breakfast was also fabulous. It is quite pricey but the location right...

This is by far the most luxurious and friendly hotel I have ever stayed in! The staff are really helpful, friendly and have glowing personalities! As you enter the hotel you feel welcome from the first minute your foot steps over the fresh hold! The rooms are spacious, very well maintained and are constantly checked everyday! One of the best...

Just returned from from our first trip to New York and we couldn't have picked a better Hotel, great central location (yet the room was very quiet at night - room 507) and extremely friendly, helpful, smiley staff. The room was tastefully decorated and we certainly did not have any complaints about the cleanliness, clean towels each day (twice if...

If you asked my why this hotel is rated so high on trip advisor, I would be hard pressed to give an answer. It is old, lacks a restaurant or fitness area, there is no pool but some how it has a way of growing on you - maybe it is the old world charm. The staff is almost at...

Right off of Times Square, this boutique hotel has much to recommend it, not the least of which is its excellent location. We enjoyed the wine and cheese in the evening and the expanded continental breakfast. There were minor inconveniences justifying a half star deduction, but since there is no way of doing that on Trip Advisor, I scored our...

Very disappointing. The room was dingy - dark, dingy and SO noisy. The noise was from the air conditioning - which had to be kept on, day & night - fair enough - but the conditioning was SO very noisy, we had to put the TV on, EVERY time we were in the room, to try and drown out the...

Dear BTPeteAnn, Thank you for your feedback. I am so very sorry your experience did not fully live up to your expectations. For the many people who have stayed since your visit almost a year ago, we only remember one other person saying the rooms were dark, but rest assured, we understand that people have different expectations. Please know, it...

The hotel was perfect - right off of Broadway, 2 room suites, nice variety for breakfast and afternoon wine and snacks. The staff was fantastic! Raymond and the rest of the front desk staff were extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations, getting around on subways, etc. They were very accommodating and always with a smile on their faces! Would definitely stay...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
