I enjoyed my stay here but this NEW hotel has a few issues. The elevators broke down on occasion and it took forever to get to my room. When you have over 30 floors and only 3 elevators are working it seems like an eternity waiting to get on an elevator that is not already full when it gets to your floor....

This hotel is located near Times Square, just two blocks away from the Madison Square Garden. There are plenty of food choices nearby. The best is the hotel is the staff, since the moment you arrive, they give you a sincere smile. Rooms are good and bed very comfortable, I recommend it!

This hotel was in a fantastic location about a 10minute walk from times square. Lots of cafe's and restaurants around it. The room was small but I loved the bathroom as it was a proper shower and not one with a bath tub and shower. The staff were friendly and offered us warm cookies on arrival. The house cleaning staff...

Location is good to have easy access to the JJ center. Just a few blocks to walk. Would not go there for a holiday stay though. - rooms are not spacious (i know that's common in NYC) - do not take breakfast as it way overpriced for what you get. Rather walk to the corner and have breakfast in ESSEN....

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. My check-in experience was easy and quick. The evening I was staying at the hotel, they were hosting a reception for Hilton Honors members. The had mini egg rolls with sangria! They had a lot of the staff members greeting meeting the guest. My room was small, but that is NYC,...

Staff made up for any shortfalls in the facility. They were friendly, helpful, engaging, but nor overbearing. Very enjoyable stay. I recommend the hotel and invite everyone to give it a try. I appreciate the opportunity to review.

Rooms are fine but small...that's NYC. Breakfast was not good value for $20 person, plenty of better options close by. Stay on backside of hotel, street side can be noisy. Elevators are slow, low floors are best since u can use the stairs.

These hotel few of those where they still don't have the understanding the basic principals what are the rules for hospitality business. what is like to smile and greeting and welcome the customers, how to feel us taking care of with care. Very friendly & professional staff. Fast check-in, clean comfortable rooms. Very quiet too. The location was very easy to get to anywhere by walking in south times square area. Close to MSG and lots of places to dine. Rooms are small, but cozy. Elevators are fast enough so your not waiting long. Nice place to stay.

Taking some poor advice from a colleague I had the misfortune of staying at this hotel for a week on business. Arriving late on the first night from a transatlantic flight I was given a room on the 3rd floor. Simply needing to sleep I didn't check much out and went straight to bed only to be woken a few...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
