This hotel should be closed! The floor was uneven, the carpet was dirty and had sports allover! You can't avoid the bad chlorine smell, however you tried to! The floor was lining so much that when I put a water bottle on the night stand by the side of my bed and it felt on the floor before I could...

We stayed at this property for 6 nights in May. We had a room with a private bathroom. The room was clean and spacious they even brought us up our own mini fridge. I did not find the need for a private bathroom as the shared bathroom was always available.. The location was great just a short walk to the...

Loved the neighborhood. There are lots of restaurants nearby, a subway stop for the 1,2 and 3 trains is a block away, and both Central and Riverside parks are just a few blocks walk. The neighborhood is lively and I felt safe even alone and after dark. Our private bath was really tiny and a little weird but it was...

The staff was really great! The room was clean and comfortable. My only issues was they really need to have the bathrooms cleaned more often. If its a shared bathroom, the sanitation should be more frequent. Other than that, it was good!

Wife and I visited NYC for 2 nights and in our search for a "reasonably" priced room found the Royal Park. Anywhere else I would have said it was way overpriced but for $205 per night in NYC we considered it ok. The room was large, with a/c, clean and the bed comfortable. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful....

For this being in central New York the value was amazing. You have to share a bathroom, however I paid more for a room in another hotel close by and it wasn't even worth having your own bathroom for the size of the room. This hotel is situated very close to the red line on 96th street with is amazing...

My friend and I arrived at the hostel and Frank assisted us. Our room was a good size room with a bunk bed. Frank without further ado assisted us by changing our room to a 2 -single beds. We appreciate Frank's help. Not only he is friendly but also offered extra miles for the guests. Second night we noticed that...

Got to this hotel and room was below average but cheap and cheerful so we didn't mind. We had to share a very grubby bathroom with our whole floor. On the third morning we woke up to a rat in our sink who then jumped out and ran behind my bed! We ran down to reception and told him, he...
