We had a room for 2 with a separate bathroom on 3rd floor with our windows to the 97th St. We did not have absolutely any problem with our room and we stayed there for 12 days. No Cockroaches or other animals, no mold anywhere...More

Do not stay here, I booked here until this friday but had to leave. It is filthy, shared toilets (which have no hot water and forever occupied). Never ever again. Left this morning with zero satisfaction on a cancellation charge.

They did provide a kettle on request, but I don't know whether or not they provided tea or coffee. They did provide cups. We took our own tea and coffee sachets anyway. Manhattan Diner near the Subway station for great food... More

No - many of the rooms have shared baths. You'd have to check online or call to see which ones have private rooms and if they are available.
