I have stayed in the Cosy Inn for 5 nights end of September 2016. I had a friendly welcome and everything was explained properly. The room was cosy and clean and the small kitchen was well equipped. The only negatives on the room are not being able to open a window and a very small shower. The location is safe... More

Management response:

The International Cozy Inn is very "GRATEFUL" that this guest "APPRECIATED" the room as well as the neighborhood. We are centrally located near all public transportation and many restaurants a few minutes from the big attraction Times Square. The great part is we have cozy, clean suites at affordable prices. Notice at the end of the guest review she indicated... More

Staying here was affordable and the turned out to be super nice. Our room had 3 single beds which was odd but perfect for us, I'm not 100% if its always like that or if they set up a very sturdy looking cot for us and I didn't notice. But it had a small kitchenette as well as a small... More

Once you get your room, ICI offers a good experience. Ramona, the owner, is an interior designer and has coolly arranged the rooms. Ira is pleasant and easy to work with. On the transactions end, however, ICI is not well run. Booking directly is difficult. It was hard to determine which rooms had private baths. They require guests to sign... More

Hotels are very expensive in NYC, but ICI is a good alternative. Yes, it's in Harlem, but don't let that deter you. We really felt quite safe; there was a subway about two blocks down the street, there were plenty of dining options, and Michelle and Ramona were delightful. The only drawback was that the "ground floor" was actually one... More

My friend and I got an AIRBNB when we arrived in New York. The place ended up being very disgusting and we were not comfortable staying at the place. It was late at night, we were all night looking for a place for the week and everything was either booked or too late to check us in. I ended up... More

With three children under 10 experiencing New York for the first time, a heritage building in Harlem with friendly staff and groovy abode, what more could we want. The room was compact and quirky - but hey it is NYC. However it had EVERYTHING we could have needed. Beds for all - including a cool loft bed the kids used... More

Michelle and Ira greeted us right when we walked in. They talked to us about any and all questions we had including how safe the neighborhood is and best ways to get around town. The rooms were really nice (we stayed in 3 different rooms) and bigger than I had expected considering everyone kept telling me how tiny rooms in... More

I had a fantastic experience staying here. As soon as you walk in, you quickly realise why they have called it "cozy" - probably the best word to describe it. Our room was perfect for what we needed with a nice big bed and smart living area. It was clean, tidy and warm which was great considering how cold it... More

I expected more from this inn. The remaining experience within the city has compensated the wretechedness of the attendance. The rooms and accomodations were however acceptable, but nothing exceptional. If shall I return to NYC, I would definitely search for another facilities
