This is only my second time visiting New York. The kids came with us this time. We stayed at the Ace Hotel which was very retro, had a very cool vibe. Very lively at night lots of music and crowds of people. It's like a nightclub in the lobby. Rooms are great size and everything I have that old feel...

This hotel was decent. Their rooms can be extremely extremely small. So please do check at the sq ft before you book. I stayed at the loft Suite so that was very nice and spacious. I felt like I'm in a spacious apartment. Staff was nice. Location is very noisy but overall it was nice.

I came here for cappuccino today at Stump and as I was trying to find a seat and was told by the bartender that "this area is only for cappuccino's ordered at the bar". Add to that that at 10:30am a bunch of the worn couches were reserved and empty for a long time. I have been here for drinks,...

I stayed here for a couple of times at SMALL ROOM ONE FULL BED type. The room price increased in this 3-4 years, so it is very difficult to make a review from neutral stand-point. Frankly, if you pay USD350-400 for 1 bunk room, you may not be satisfied with the room. You can find better option around this location....

I frequently stay at this hotel when visiting NY. The location is fantastic, the rooms are comfortable (as long as you don't go for a small room) and the service is great. ROOMS If you opt for one of the larger rooms, they are spacious with very comfortable bedding, decent sized bathrooms with a large shower space or shower in...

A perfect place to stay! I liked it so much - in the centre, great stylish rooms, full mini-bar, nice beds, clean and good bathrooms, very helpful staff, quick luggage storage service. Would be glad to return there!

The size of the rooms are ridiculously small (a mini room is about 12 sqm) The quality of the staff is the american (Jamaican) average... Price/quality is zero... I know NYC is expensive, but come on.. you pay 340 USD for DORM room?? (although compared to a Dorm is not that bad :)

Hello Mate - Thank You for leaving us some feedback about your stay with us. I hate to read that you did not enjoy your room. The room category that you were booked in was one of our MINI rooms, the smallest that we offer. We do offer a variety of room types and hope that you will return so...

I really enjoyed my stay here it was my first stay at an Ace Hotel. The design aesthetic was really beautifully done, a fantastic mix of old and new and all with a very New York feel. The lobby was super busy and loud at night, borderline overwhelming after a long day of work but would be super fun if...

Hey Kerry - Your first time here and we Ace'ed it! Yay! I know how exhausting it can be after a red eye and getting into the hotel. Its nice to read that the Front Desk staff was able to get your comfortable and welcome to the hotel. The feedback about the lobby is important as we want all guest...

This is my second business stay at this hotel. I don't get to choose where I stay. Good points, rooms are clean and have everything you need. I love the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel so much that I bought some to bring home. Noise not an issue. Glad to see lifts now require key card, this helps to reassure...

I've circumnavigated the globe and stayed in some pretty odd places, but this particular Ace Hotel got my attention...and not in a good way. But first, the good: ・Our room was spotlessly clean and huge. ・For my purposes, the hotel itself was well-located. ・The on-site Michelin-starred restaurant ("The Breslin") provides the hotel's room service, ensuring that even a morning delivery...
