We stayed here for two nights and we survived! Although it is small and smelly ( right next to a chinese take-away) the beds were clean and comfortable and the bathroom was clean and of a fair size. They only supply very small towels and no shampoo etc. There was no wardrobe but there were a few hangers on a...

What the hell was the first thing we all said when we saw the hotel from outside. It didn't look at all as the picture we saw on Hotels. When they say that they're hotel sign is a A4 paper on the door written Hotel: it's so true. The "Lobby" is a tight hallway that includes the "Internet Cafe" which...

This message is coming out of Greenville N.C. Istayed at this hotel on March 5th. It was very nasty. The blankets and sheets were discusting. We had to call and ask them to give us some heat in 20 degree weather. We had no way of cutting the heat on ourselves. The shower curtain had mildew stains all over it....

You get what you pay for! OK - I have stayed at the Sherry-Netherlands and The Plaza and NO this ain't The Plaza. But it is not nearly as bad as previously described. My fiance stayed with me and she is very fussy and she found no fault with this place either. It is hard to find, I missed it...

My friend, her parents and I wanted to be able to go to New York and have a good time, but when we all saw this hotel, we knew what a dump it was. Just that the fact that there is a piece of paper taped to the door to tell you that this is a hotel should give you...

I had already signed up for three nights through Hotels and the night before found this web site. My jaw dropped. I called Hotels and they held my feet to the fire for one night's charge, so I cancelled the last two nights and decided to try it for one night. It is the most incredible hotel I have ever...

i stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in december... when we arrived at the hotel, i got a bit of a fright, the sign for the hotel was just stuck on the door by celotape and it was just a sheet of A4 paper.... we walked up the dingy hall and checked in. we then went over to the...

We lasted 5 minutes in the first room they showed us, between the fingerprints all over the wall of mirrors, the dirty sheets (there was no comforter) or the gross bathroom. I would not even sit on the bed it was that bad. the thought of laying on it almost made me vomit. They then offered us an "upgrade". It...

I reserved a room at the Manhattan Broadway for 7 nights, but when I got there, I was horrified. As soon as I saw my room, I wanted to get out of there. The room had a queen sized bed and a twin bed and they were pushed together. The beds didn't have headboards and the "closet" consisted of 3...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
