Great customer service by Letty who was awesome. Very helpful and went beyond to make my stay great. The room was tidy and clean and loved the rooftop bar! Also the hotel has a great location for local amenities which helps not being familiar with the area
Just planned a short trip to NYC to celebrate my birthday staying at the Moxy Times Square. My expectations were huge once is such an important day. From checking in to checking out (and after!) I felt such an incredible experience and the service was no more than fabulous! Amazing structure, room cleaning just perfect, delicious food and the hotel crew… they are the best! The bar on the second floor is awesome if you want to chill and enjoy some beverage, food and music. The magic hour is just a spot you must go to fell what a party in NYC truly is. Would definitely come back!!!
Ray, was the perfect example of what the arrival experience should be around the world. He’s a gem ! I’m definitely sharing this with all my friends . And we even got t-shirts for my daughter and I. He told us all about the hotel, I appreciated how knowledgeable he was, and most importantly he had lots of options of things to do. This will definitely be a memorable experience. Thanks Ray!
The Moxy, 485 7th Avenue. Won’t ever forget it because of the unforgettable 8 nights/9 days our group booked with the best group of people I have ever met working together. The list is long and hefty but I could not put together a more genuine review. As a group that was flying alone for the first time away from our families ever, these special individuals always did the most, going above and beyond whilst maintaining a smile and positive attitude. No number of “stupid questions” was too many and they always made us feel welcome. It was comforting to have just positivity radiated from all the lovely staff whether it be from our room keepers, security, front desk or even bartenders. Even the amenities offered within The Moxy are outlined upon check in so it was dope that all staff members cared to inform us of perks. Overall, the entire stay : Shout out to Ray, Kokoe, Tiffanie, Dayana, Nelly, Melany, Nathalia, Kimani, Giovanni, Chris, Hakeem, Steven , Leroy, Kev, Letty, Dashawn!!!!! Love forever for the Moxy Team on 7th <3…
Had the most wonderful, soul enriching stay in NYC. And part of that was due to the excellent staff at Moxy Times Sq. Gio, the evening concierge, was absolutely amazing. So comforting, safe, and great at conversation. Dana at Bar Moxy made me the best martini I’ve had in a bar in a very long time. Though these are the members of staff that made my stay extra special, the entire team at Moxy was lovely and I knew I could go to them with all my needs. As a Marriott employee myself, it was nice to sit on the other side of the bar, so to speak, and experience such warmth. Thanks Moxy! I’ll be back :)
The experience exide our expectations. Desire and Melany at the check in process were so friendly and helpful with recomendations/destinations. They went above and beyond, awesome service. We’re very grateful!!
First things first - Shout out to Jessica, and Dashaun! First time in NYC! Moxy hotel is such a cool modern but cozy hotel. When you first walk in it smells so nice and the staff are truly the best I’ve ever experienced in my life. If you Speak to Jessica or Dashaun you’re in for customer service at its finest. There was slight confusion with my booking and because of something so minor and small they went above and beyond upgraded my room and apologized and were 100% ready to make my experience the best it can be! Thanks guys, will definitely be back!
I enjoyed my stay at Moxy and found the hotel and team to be amazing. I want to call out Letti who checked me in last night. She was incredibly helpful, and funny. I feel like I could have talked with her for an hour (and kind of wish I did). Her energy and atmosphere when I checked in (about 11pm) with the lighting and music def set the tone for the stay. Also, I really enjoyed the energy of the hotel. NY hotels IMO tend to be drab. The room was updated, well-designed and most importantly clean. The Moxy has an energy that makes the stay a stay in NY fun and playful.
Giovanny made our experience a lot better. He was able to answer any questions we had about the city, the subway, restaurants, bars, etc. he didn’t make us feel stupid for being from out of town. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Clean nice hotel and very upbeat. The rooms are bigger than I expected being on Times Square. Giovanny the door man was awesome and helped us find our way around town. They gotta keep the guy! I’ll be back.
