We stay at this hotel often, my husband works in the city and I tag along. The rooms are quiet, modern and like any AC you get the boutique feeling. Devon is great! all the staff is really friendly and accommodating. They have Boqueria right downstairs and a chic rooftop. Great location and quiet corner even tho is in times square. Highly recommended.

Hotel's Favourite
The hotel is in a great location. It is close to the Port Authority and Times Square attractions. The beds are comfortable and the room is nice. We were only on the second floor and facing the road. We did not experience any problems with noise. The room was also equipped with a mini refrigerator which came in handy to store water on the 100 degree day. The staff go above to ensure the stay is pleasant. There is a rooftop lounge that opens at 4pm. Children are only allowed up there until 7. Glynda took my girls and I up earlier in the day so we could see it. She also recommended places to visit and things to see. In addition, Riccardo at the front desk assisted with our plans and transportation to get to the MetLife stadium to see the sold out Lady Gaga concert. The air conditioning is not as cool as some people like. However, we found that if we closed the shades the room cooled down. The elevators were a bit slow but it was not a big deal. We would definitely stay here again.…

My friend and I stayed January 27, 2023. We had a nicely appointed and comfortable double queen room. The bathroom is well designed with a walk in shower and sliding glass doors. Check-in was prompt and throughout the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The AC is a sleek and immaculately clean hotel. The restaurant, Bouqueria, has good food and there is also a rooftop bar/lounge with stunning views of NYC. I do recommend this hotel

I’ve been to tons of Marriotts in different states, and this truly had an amazing customer service experience. Dayvon and Ricardo were amazing and so welcoming. Their services made our weekend trip its absolute best!

Came in for business solo. Room was quiet, bathroom floors were a bit warped, but it was all very clean. Front desk person was nice. I don’t love the section of eight ave by port authority - there are more charming parts of the city - but it is a walkable tourist area with a lot of varied subway access.

Devon was amazing!! We arrived early from New Jersey with all our luggage hoping to check in early, and he accommodated us, showed us where to park, and was so warm and welcoming. The room was amazing and staff are great! We highly recommend this hotel if you’re coming to this area of of New York!

We accidentally booked a different hotel, and found this one last minute. Such a beautiful hotel! We were greeted with a friendly, and helpful associate. Ocean was amazing, and super accommodating! Made our stay in NYC a dream!
