I stayed here for one night. Check-in was quick and efficient. Room was quite quiet for both NYC and for a W-hotel. Great wifi and AC. Gym could use a spin bike or too.
I would recommend and stay here again.

This hotel is located at a strategic location which is directly opposite 1 WTC! Hence the good views!
However service from the front office is not as friendly, they're quite cold and don't speak much.
