I took a quick trip to NYC for the long weekend and regretfully booked a hotel using Priceline. After the big reveal of which hotel they chose, I went on here to check the review and the common pros and cons were true. Pro: -Modern Hotel with nice design, loved the bathroom -free wifi that was reliable -spacious room with...

Rooms are neat and modern. The gym is top class. It's all very hipster NYC. The location is good if you need to be in the Wall Street district. It's what it says on the tin: close to downtown offices, functional and that's it. For nightlife this district just ain't it.

+Location: as name implies Wall Street +Entrance/Lobby/Welcome: a bit dark and entrance as well as lobby could be taken care of better; Check-in: not overly friendly but easy and room change to higher floor was not a problem +Room: nice and I would say for NYC rather large room (stayed standard); a bit tired and will require a makeover sooner...

Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Check was quick and efficient. The room was quite large by New York standards and had a very large shower with a rainfall head. Blackout curtains on the windows and it was quite quiet. Bed was comfortable and you were welcome to take drinks and snacks from the mini bar for free (alcohol excluded)....

My initial impression of Andaz Wall Street was awesome. Very professional staff that values you and your business. Responsiveness (important to me) was instantanteously. Questions answered, excellent customer service, professional, well train emoloyees. I had a corporate event at the Andaz Wall Street and Patrick was my POC, he was absolutely fabulous. He took care of everything. From the room...

I have stayed at this hotel on three occasions. The first two stays were great, the third was awful and I will never return. Positives 1. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Gorgeous bathrooms with powerful showers. 2. Very quiet at night. 3. Complimentary soft drinks and snacks. Cons 1. There was not enough staff dealing with guests on arrival. It...

Hi blissfully_oblivious, Thank you for your honest feedback. We take these reviews very seriously and I sincerely apologize for all of the issues that you have experienced throughout your stay. From my understanding, the Tablet Hotels program offers a complimentary beverage from the minibar. However, this does not provide any excuse for being charged it upon check out. If you...

We stayed here in December for a long weekend. The Wall Street location is a little out of the way if you're here for museums and shows, but it's near the 1 or 2 train, which makes it easy to get uptown. Complimentary tea, coffee and cookies in the lobby. A nice place. We will be back.

Nice hotel with excellent location and safe. As a junior suite the room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and professional. We got to the hotel after 9pm, tired with jet lag. Emily Liang checked us in immediately and most efficiently. The following day she helped me with the print of my boarding pass for the next trip,...

I recently stayed here for a three day business trip. My meetings were right across the street on Wall Street. The hotel was nicely maintained, the staff was polite and helpful, and the room was comfortable. The room rate was very reasonable for a place right on Wall Street. The bar/restaurant was informal and comfortable. The sea bass dish was...
