We stayed here for 9 nights on our first trip to NEW York, the staff could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was a problem for them. The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel is 500 yards from a main subway which made getting around very easy and was located very close to major attraction in Lower Manhattan. We had a great stay and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to stay in this area. Big thank you to all the staff, keep up the great work

What makes this hotel stand out amongst the dearth of hotels in Manhattan? 2 things stand out, excellent customer service and the hotel location which makes it easy to use the subway to go across Manhattan and Brooklyn too. The customer service was top notch wherein all our questions and needs were addressed appropriately and in a timely manner. Daniel at the front desk/concierge was a delight to interact with. Housekeeping and room services was also very good and no complaints there. Location wise.... NYSE, Wall street, World Trade Center and 9/11 memorial and all of lower Manhattan/Lower Financial district is all within walking distance from the hotel. Subway lines 4,5,6, J, A, C etc. are easily accessible from the hotel via the nearby subway stations. Room size? decent room size as per NY standards.…

Arrived later than planned due to airline delays. When I checked in, was told I was getting the last room they had available. As I opened the door to the room, I felt a little claustrophobic as the room was barely larger than my walk in closet at home. The view was of a neighboring building where you could see into some of their rooms, so I kept my blinds shut. It was quiet and that was the most important to me after a long flight. It was easy the next day to walk to the 9/11 memorial, 9/11 museum, One World Observatory, etc. For dinner they recommended Keste Pizza but it was only average - disappointing. Next day discovered right across the street from the hotel, Joe's pizza, which I loved - nothing fancy but amazing pizza "to go".

We are an intimate boutique hotel with 89 rooms on 19 floors and are typically sold out on a daily basis. All our rooms are Deluxe rooms with the exception of our Petite Queen bedded room which is our smallest sized room. We do our best to accommodate all our guests and our sincere apologies if you were not 100% satisfied with your room. We do our best to offer a room upgrade or change of room whenever possible. We are glad to hear you had a quiet night’s stay and took advantage of our convenient location. Recently stayed here for a 5 night stay in September. Hotel is in a great location, accessible to loads of subway stations and World Trade Center for PATH trains elsewhere. Many tourist attractions are within walking distance (ferry to Statue of Liberty for example). The hotel is also within walking distance to Little Italy, Chinatown and the Brooklyn Bridge. Staff are very helpful, friendly and kind. Daniel (Concierge) was an outstanding member of the team, always willing to give advice and offer hospitality. This was much appreciated and went a long way when we were new to New York City. Rooms were clean and tidy with all the facilities you need. Considering it is in NYC, it was very quiet overnight which allowed for good recovery time from busy days exploring the city. Probably the best hotel experience we’ve ever had! Amazing service, accommodated all of our needs, very clean, and the staff gave wonderful recommendations. Daniel at the door was SO kind and was particularly sweet to our Grandma. The Nespresso machine in the room was fantastic, and the small water kettle was perfect for Grandma to brew her favorite green tea. Also, this hotel is located right across the street from a great pub eatery: The Irish American. Great food! Lastly, this hotel had no issue with 5 of us staying in a 2 queen bed room and provided extra bedding for our young son to sleep on a small blow up mattress (we brought the mattress from home). We will definitely be back!

A wonderful hotel in downtown NYC, we’ve now stayed there about 5 times. Stylish, comfortable, great location, absolutely spotlessly clean, good rates (for NYC, nothing anyone can do about that!), and absolutely the best staff. Every single staff member is totally professional, really friendly and always solves any issues right away with no fuss. We can’t recommend it highly enough.

Our family of four stayed at the Artezen last week and loved everything about it. The location is great - close to Fulton Station and so many sites in the financial district, the beds were super comfortable and we appreciated small features: the safe, daily water bottle replenishment, the privacy/cleaning lights and the gym was outstanding. All of the staff from the moment we arrived until departure were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous stay in the Artezen hotel! We are a family of 4 celebrating our son's 18th and 21st in NY. Very efficient and friendly check-in. Room was lovely - comfy beds, nice bathroom, TV , coffee machine (coffee replenished daily), all spotless. The Concierge team are fantastic - special mention to the lovely Carmelo - cant't thank him enough! He is very knowledgeable and super helpful. Gave us loads of recommendations for eating out - all spot on and fabulous - as well as tips to get around and sites to see. Hotle is surprinsingly quiet considering how central it is - just perfect for all the sites. Fabulous Thai restruant 2 doors down - but be prepared to queque its so worth it! Carmelo also recommended Juniors for Cheesecake and Zucker's for Bagels - omg the best we've ever had! Loved every minute of our 5 day stay. Would definitley recommend this hotel every time ! Hotel Artezzn is very well located for visiting New York City. The staff are polite, friendly, discreet and helpful. The rooms are clean and a good size. We will return to this hotel on our next stay. There is a PRET A MANGER not far away for breakfast.

While my husband was busy during our stay since he was in a business trip I on the other hand was just chilling and vibing the place. Friendly staff, and our housekeeper during our stay was very pleasant. the only down side is the sound insolation of the place, which I think was a common issue here.
