Detailed Reviews
We were not sure about booking his hotel for a whole 7 days but wow, we're really glad we did. Nearby train stations, easy walk to so much!! Westfield mall, 9/11 memorial and museum is literally across the street, liberty park, sooo much NYPD presence everywhere so we felt pretty safe.
The employees here were great in helping us reserve the laundry room, give us new key cards when we just couldn't find the ones we had (we did this a lot.... but they were very kind in helping). Starbucks and Dunkin donuts are just a block away. Excellent views!! Our room didn't have a view but if you go to the 20th floor, you get awesome views of the hudson, classic new york avenue, and its great to complete remote work at.
If you plan to do remote work at a hotel, this is the one. You can have terrace outdoor seating or be indoors with lots of tables to complete your work at. The noise level will allow you to take meetings without being questioned what's going on.
The hotel also has a first floor area that is quiet for remote work/meetings as well. Our bed sheets never fitted right but, everything else made the stay great. We had a superior room and would recommend a superior room if you plan to hang out at the hotel sometimes too. Great to be able to reheat pizza/leftover food. We would stay again.
Every floor has a water station with empty water bottles for your personal use, this was great for us as we didn't have to go searching for fresh water when we needed it.

We spent one night at the World Center Hotel in advance of embarking on a cruise and after a bit of confusion with understanding the branding, had a good stay. Us (as well as our driver) were a bit confused as to where to enter the hotel as the sign on the door indicated you need to enter next door (the entry to ClubQuarters Hotel). Apparently World Center is under the Club Quarter umbrella and the facilities are in fact one and the same (or at least they share common space). Confusion cleared, the lobby facilities are adequate with a lobby space with decent seating, TV and coffee station. Place had lots of international customers which was nice.
Check in was effecient (was a bit surprised to learn they put a credit hold on your CC upon check in that is 'repaid' upon check out - we'll see once we get our statement). The Desk personnel were very nice and accommodation.
Room: we booked a Queen room with view of the 9/11 Memorial. Nice room and the view was well worth the price. Walls were a bit thin and navigating to the room was. bit of a maze. Bedding was comfortable, lighting was sufficient and shower had good pressure. The 'kitchenette' was a bit of an exaggeration but we were only there one night and didn't need to use it. Our room was generally clean though there's some obvious signs of deterioration (stains on rug, wall paper seams are seperating, scuff marks on the walls).
Breakfast: another bit of confusion. Was included in our room rate but not mentioned at all upon check in. There are no on-site restaurants that are working so I ended up calling the front desk to ask what the deal was. Sometime during the night they slipped vouchers under the door for an offsite provider. In the end, we had a nice breakfast of French bread with a side and a beverage. Was actually very good.
Check out was easy and they held our bags until our car arrived.
Nearby there are several places to eat.

Great value, location, friendly staff, comfy beds and good shower pressure BUT..only offer weekly housekeeping (which we didn’t know about) so had to daily ask for towels, shampoo etc. The staff was very accommodating but coming back to a freshly cleaned room is part of the vacation experience for me. I hope this hotel rethinks this policy. When we checked in, the room appeared very clean

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you were unaware of our Covid-19 Safety Protocols we have in place. I am hopeful that several of our guidelines will be lifted and we continue to have positive changes from the CDC and NY State Government. We travel on business internationally and are VIP Members of a number of airlines and hotel chains. From the moment we checked in a week ago everything was great. Christous and Arnold at check in, professional, friendly and efficient. We paid extra for the larger rooms (its worth the extra) the staff again so friendly and genuinely interested in the guests in particular Shauna (room cleaner), Neil their Sales Manager was also professional and engaging. Good gym too. Congratulations to the Management for their well trained systems and clearly a good positive moral from the staff. Location Perfect

Our room had no heat! Upon check in it was 63 degrees in the room. After 30 minutes trying to get it fixed (no engineer on weekends) and complaining to the front desk clerk, who acted as though she hated her job, hated guests, and didn't want to make us happy) we ended up having to heat the room by turning on the shower! They told me to complain to GM, who wasn't there, and after waiting a week for a response from hotel I still haven;t heard anything. They gave me a "free" breakfast, which was AWFUL. Clearly this hotel doesn't care about hospitality, guest experience, or even responding to complaints.

Have been here for four nights, with three more to go, and I’ve been highly pleased — the staff immediately brings all supplies as needed, and readily removes trash placed outside the door. The manager, Marsha-Ann, gave us a gracious and genuine welcome as soon as we walked in the door, and has been incredibly helpful throughout our stay! The 20th floor, which is open to all guests, is a huge open terrace that overlooks the city, with breathtaking views. You can bring your own food and beverages up there and have an amazing experience…. I appreciate the fact that this area is a little less congested, and yet the Metro can take you anywhere you wish to go — a nice place to stay if you want to get reacquainted with New York! Highly recommend selecting
a room with a view(:

Nice hotel in a very good location.
Location is really good, right beside of 9/11 memorial and WTC. Lots of shops and restaurants near. Also lots of attractions near.
Room was very clean and quiet. I had a balcony room and it was really nice with direct view to 9/11 pool (Superior Room, Terrace, View).
Good wifi in the room. Good coffee with Keurig machine. Small fridge and microwave were really nice.
Complimentary coffee in the lobby and water machines with refillable bottles in every floor.
Comfortable bed and good pillows for me. And extra plus for proper, thick duvet/quilt.
Negative comes from the limited housekeeping that ment that there was no housekeeping at all.
You get more coffee, shampoo, toilet paper etc. by asking but it is really annoying to have to ask things every day. Specially when most of the times there is a line of people for the reception.
You get your trash taken away by leaving them outside your room and but again you have to aske them to be taken away.
One more negative comes from the elevators. They are sitting in the floors, a lot, while lots of people are waiting for them.
Big plus for free laundry facilities. You have to book laundry and get the key from reception but use of washer and dryer is free and you get detergent also.
Hotel has also two roof top terraces where to enjoy lovely views to pools and the city.
Price-quality ratio is really good and location superb.
In general, very nice hotel and would certainly come again.

We booked on Christmas Eve for a May 2023 arrival. So the hotel has been holding onto our funds for five months.
We arrived to be told one room was ready, but the front desk staff spent an awful long time looking at her booking system. I heard her mutter to her colleague the other room was not longer available and when I asked her near the end of our arrival have they given the room away she went and blurted 'oh no, it is just not ready yet' She said she would give us a room upgrade. I specifically booked the rooms for the terrace and after the front desk staff confirmed the upgrade did not have a terrace, I requested we remain in a terrace room. The front desk reacted like I was inconveniencing her. I heard 'thank you for your patience' so many times, it was no longer genuine. When my husband commented he had no patience, the other front desk staff member made a smart comment, which was about my husband. When I said 'I'm sorry, I missed that' she realised she had been caught out and said she was talking about the booking on her screen to her colleague, which she clearly was not. We were eventually given the second room on another floor to the first, which added to my frustration considering how long they had been holding our money for. This experience left a sour taste to the point where I was almost in tears in the room. I avoided these two ladies after the first encounter and the couple other staff I dealt with were lovely and much more professional.
As for the rooms, they were wonderful. The one room was smaller with two adults, so it was a little tight with bags. there was a small nook where the mini fridge, the coffee facilities and the microwave was. There was a queen bed and a double sofa bed. The bed was really comfortable. The second room was large and had the better terrace view of the two rooms, both were city views, but basically looking up the street at the high rise buildings. This second room had a spacious kitchenette area and along with the mini fridge, the coffee facilities and the microwave, there was a kitchen sink a cook top and some crockery and cutlery. I loved how both rooms were supplied with china mugs, instead of paper cups. The second room was really spacious with plenty of storage for bags.
The hotel has laundry facilities, which need to be booked as it is only a small laundry. The use of the facilities is complimentary, which was great. the hotel is very close to the 9/11 museum. There is a grocer nearby and the subway is a couple blocks away.
The roof top bar is great with fabulous views of the area. There are refillable water stations near the lifts, which I thought was one of the best additions to any hotel I had stayed in.
I would absolutely stay here again, however the two front desk women were in the top 5 most unprofessional people I had to deal with while travelling. They are the reason the hotel has lost in rating.

For our trip we needed a downtown location for 4 nights and this hotel part of the City Quarters chain did not disappoint, it’s location is opposite one WTC and close to a number of subway stops, restaurants, a convenience store and the Oculus shopping mall. For me it was close to the Hudson River Greenway which is a boardwalk along the Hudson for running/walking which was vibrant on the one warm day we had!
We had a family room on the 16th floor which worked perfectly , one twin room for our teenage children and one queen with a kitchen connected thru a hallway and both with bathrooms. There is a kitchen and coffee.
The minor niggles for me were that whilst there is a kitchen there is no cutlery or plates or anything to use to make it workable, which is annoying and prevents the 5 star rating from me! There is coffee but it’s not great either! We went out for our coffee……
There are 4 lifts but they work in pairs and not connected so can take a while or you call two lifts! Not ideal, No room cleaning service still or much on offer in the lobby. That said business centre worked well.
Overall this is a good hotel that was a great home base for us, there is a top floor observation deck which gave great views of WTC memorial, the staff were super helpful. Really I would recommend.

Visited from the UK with teenagers. This is a well located hotel with helpful, friendly staff. I note that cabin crew often stay here, and that tells you something about how peaceful it is. We had interconnecting family rooms and these exceeded our expectation in terms of space and layout - really like two separate hotel rooms with a shared entrance hall. Tea/coffee available in the lobby and bottled water on every floor. There’s a bar in the roof with fantastic views, sadly it wasn’t open during our stay but we could still use the space if required, so you’re free to order in pizza and eat dinner with a view. Taxis arrived very quickly after staff requested them. There are several restaurant options in the neighbourhood, particularly at Brookfield place on the Hudson, which is a short walk away. Be sure to visit ZaZa’s on Liberty street for fantastic breakfasts. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

I booked by a famous web of bookings hotels and send the messages by the app. They answer me asap. This is as far I can help u.
I cannot recall if there was a safe in the room. It was very easy to get to the hotel by subway. I used the airport bus from LaGuardia and then the subway E (no change) to World Trade Center station. Then a 5 min walk. Of course, with lots of luggage or a physical handicap all this is hard. Uber from LaGuardia around $70.
Not sure, I can not remember.
