I arrived at this hotel on Saturday 18th March, from a 4hr bus ride visiting from Washington DC. I got to New York and it was ice raining, walked into the lobby and the front desk person that was supposed to help me check in hardly ever made eye contact with me, he was constantly looking into his computer screen,...

View from room was amazing. Staff were very helpful in bringing bags to room and helping with off site parking. Room was small but very adequate. Only complaint i had was room was not made up and amenities replenished from day to day. But after complaining to the desk we needed fresh towels, shampoo, and coffee it was restocked accordingly.... but still...

Myself and my 2 buddies came into the city to do a 9/11 Memorial Climb at the World Trade Center. The staff were very welcoming and let us check in early. Since we were there as firefighters, we had a tons of bags and bunker gear and air packs to check in. They were very accommodating and recommended where we...

Without any doubt it was the best staying in my life, starting with the staff, if I'm not wrong his name was Francis. We were in our Honeymoon and he gave us the best possible view, we could see the Memorial and one of the avenues going up to the Midtown. The room was amazing, very cozy and clean, the...

The World Center offers nice rooms with a view on the pools and the WTC. The rooms are perfectly suited even for a longer stay on a business trip. Prices can be quite reasonable, depending on the time you travel. The service is very friendly and helpful. Definitely a good place for the next business trip to NY, not a...

Stayed here for a night, and it was great. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was incredibly spacious. I believe it was a studio apartment room. Their website doesn't really let you see everything but from the description, I think it was a studio. Everything was clean and tidy and had modern decor. Will definitely be returning.
