We arrived to the city late and had a terrible experience with the staff at checkin. Our room type was overbooked and were told we were being upgraded if we could wait 5 minutes. We were told that multiple times and we're forced to wait 40 minutes to check in (1 am). The room was not as described and my...

As a frequent traveler to NYC, we were looking to stay in the Flatiron district for a change. Saw reasonable pictures and reviews on-line. What most failed to say were: (1) The lobby seconds as a night club at night with all the sounds and, yes, all the common areas show the wear and tear, (2) While polite, the staff...

We stayed at the Flatiron Hotel last weekend. We were in the city to see a play. Comfortable hotel. Friendly staff and very accommodating. When we first arrived at the hotel our air conditioning wasn't working, we called down to the front desk and within 20 minutes it was up and running. Great location. I'd stay here again.

Went once in winter and you could fly a kite in the room, it was so poorly insulated. Crazy loud bar in Lobby you can hear for about 7 floors. Just cancelled tonight because they had a flood (can't blame them there). But they sent me to a room that smelled like a toilet and the front desk was chaos....

The hotel is clean, the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean, small but there was quiet - we lived on the 10th floor. Breakfast was very poor and simple and hard to sit on bar chairs. It is better to go into town for breakfast and enjoy it more. The hotel is well equipped but in compare to its...

The Flatiron Hotel is the perfect boutique hotel. Starting with the front desk people who are friendly and welcoming. Cute lobby and a bar with live entertainment. The rooms are small but done very smartly. Very comfortable bed and I especially like their pillows. Coffee pot in room (free) and a well stocked but expensive mini bar. Great multi head...

me and my wife had the worst experience ever at this hotel. we booked a 1 night getaway for our anniversary, and over the phone while making the reservation we were offered a high floor room, breakfast, robes and slippers, which none of this was given to us. also the lady at the front desk when we were checking in...

Hotel is clean and pictures of rooms are true to reality. Lobby is smaller than seems in pictures. Had a free and nice continental breakfast. Hotel staff were polite. Would definitely stay again. Location was great, with walking distance to shops, and restaurants. Safe and clean neighborhood. Right on broadway and nice park right around the corner

What a great location! Fun lobby with live music each night there! We were treated well and will for sure make our reservations at Flatiron Hotel on our next NYC trip. Smaller hotel feel, which was perfect for us. I can't say enough about talent each night in lobby. That was so fun!
