Located in the heart of New York, the Club Quarters Hotel World Trade Center is lauded for its prime location convenient for sightseeing and transit. Guests have praised the clean accommodations and the hotel's amenities, such as the 20th-floor observatory and complimentary beverages. However, the hotel's service receives mixed reviews, with some noting unresponsiveness.
Additionally, the value for money has been called into question due to unexpected charges. The atmosphere and room quality also vary, with some guests facing noise issues and outdated decor.

Detailed Reviews
I have stayed a few times at this hotel besides the excellent service accommodated my needs. There is wine at 5, coffee bar with snacks. very convenient valet parking was easy to check out and get my car within minutes. I am also am a first responder at 911 and to get the view I get from the room is spectacular and touches my heart knowing that New York City pulled together to make this very solemn place beautiful and this hotel supports that and its location. I will be staying at this hotel for many years, let me reiterate that. Every time I'm in Manhattan this is the place to stay.

Good location, close to the Twin Towers memorial.
Breakfast are not included, but snacks and drinks are provided. We did get to enjoy that :)
Our room was quite small, but it had everything necessary (incl. iron and ironing board).
The hotel has also a laundry room, where you can wash your clothes if necessary!
24/7 Gym looked nice (even through there was no time to use it).
Top terrace and a bar with s fantastic view.
Definitely recommended.
Disliked ·
The shower curtain had a distinctive odour, which consequently made the whole room/bathroom smell :(

The family spends a week or two in NYC every year, so we have visited quite a few hotels. Club Quarters at the World Trade Center was the best! Check-in (one of my pet peeves) took two minutes tops. The room was spacious (for NYC) and well-designed. Full cable on the large TV was a nice extra. Every single employee we met was super friendly. Best of all was the location. WTC was two blocks away. Fulton subway station is about 4 or 5 blocks away, meaning easy and cheap access to anywhere in the city. I promise you will be happy at this hotel.

I will never stay at this hotel again, especially after they refused to honor a refund after promising me to do so before I left the grounds.
Firstly, when I checked into my room, the wifi did not work. When I told the front desk, they attempted to put the blame on me and my devices, but agreed to move me to another room. The TV did not work, the chromecast did not work. Not a great first impression, but things happen.
They "upgraded" me to another room (one with a fridge). But funny thing, when I moved into the room, the fridge wasn't working. I told the staff, they said that they will check in the morning, which makes sense as it was a bit late, but that I'd be charged for having a nonworking fridge for the night. One of the wall outlets did not work, so they said to just move any machines that I needed to use to the one working wall socket. The TV here had the same issues with dropping chromecast, but at least the wifi worked in this room.
There were fresh coffee stains left on the table and night stand, and one of the pillows smells strongly of axe body spray. I was able to wipe away the stains with a very quick hand wipe, which alarmed me that even the surfaced had not been wiped down whatsoever. The Keurig machine still had used pods inside. I felt so paranoid that this room hadn't been cleaned one bit and had to leave.
I noticed that even though they "seal the doors" for cleanliness, but if you just open the door and close it, the seal doesn't break at all, it looks the exact same as if it were just put on the door.
They DO NOT clean their rooms, and despite their "text concierge" assuring me that I wouldn't be charged the fee as I literally fled, they decided to back track the moment I followed up. Maybe some of the rooms are cleaned, but not in the room I stayed. I think the fact that they lied to me about refunding me was the worst part. They are not a trustworthy hotel. I cannot recommend this as a place to stay for anyone.

We have recently returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel. We had a wonderful time in New York but were somewhat disappointed by our experience at this hotel.
It's location is great. It's in a really quiet area very close to World Trade Center and within walking distance of the Statue of Liberty. The hotel itself is modern and the facilities are good. We were mainly disappointed by the service received overall.
After 15 hours or so of travelling through time zones we arrived to check in at around 5.00 pm (check in was 3.00pm). I could sense something was wrong as things seemed to be taking too long. It became apparent that rooms weren't ready. The hotel was 'at capacity' which confused me as surely we were part of this capacity? The receptionist suggested an hour wait which was totally unacceptable. After a discussion or two a room was found and we ended up waiting for around 15 minutes. During this time, and over the next day or so I witnessed many guests have the same issue and I'm pretty certain we didn't get the room we'd booked.
Also, I've been to many city hotels so I'm aware that house keeping isn't always a given. But at this hotel you literally have to take your own 'trash' out and request clean towels or extra toilet roll (bit embarrassing). The hotel seems to suggest texting these requests? Confusing. Anyway, I had to ask reception 3 times for toilet roll and towels before I got any. I found little things like this and running out of coffee really annoying as life in New York is so fast paced. I expected better.
Overall, we had a good stay and things could've been worse I guess. My advice would be to stay if you get a good price.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Club Quarters, WTC location. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by genuinely nice people who enjoy their jobs. If they can accommodate your request, they absolutely well. So many times we’ve gone to check in and found we had been upgraded several times over.
We’ve never had any issues in the many times we’ve stayed. The amenities are incredible (especially before Covid). They included a sitting area with an Espresso machine, snacks, a fridge stocked with sodas, a wine hour, loaner iPads, closets on each floor stocked with extra soap and shampoo, a gym, loaner IPads. The list went on. There are even free washers and dryers with detergent and Bounce!
Please do book direct. The rates are cheaper and you can join their Rewards Program. Stay 2 nights and receive a Night on the House. I’d like to thank Kevin, Christos, Michael, Arnold, Dawn and the lovely Marsha Ann for making our last visit perfect.

I stayed on an extended stay a month. I had been to Club Quarters World Trade Center for work for short trips but already liked the hotel. But on an extended stay not to have one single issue is very rare. The staff was polite, accommodating and incredibly helpful. Providing soap for the clothes washer, an extra bed on the last day, or coming to a noisy neighbors to ask them to turn the volume down, very timely and politely was amazing. I had a great experience, and am impressed.

I only stayed one night but it was a wonderful one night. From the check in (Christos was amazing), to the accomodations, everything was great. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. I liked that the hotel was technologically forward. The room key that the elevator would recognize and bring you to your floor (without touching the floor buttons), and the streaming services(using your own personal accounts) and information on the television were very welcome. High speed internet and the ability to use your phone as a room key are some other welcome features of technology. It's a wonder why many other hotels don't EVEN have streaming services on their televisions, not to speak of the other technology features this hotel has. The bed was comfortable and I certainly slept well. The water pressure in the walk in shower was exceptional. There are some amazing views from the 20th floor sundeck, overlooking the WTC area and memorial fountains. I didn't take any photos of the room, but what you see online is pretty accurate . I did take a beautiful nighttime picture from the 20th floor sundeck. As far as location, if you need to be in the WTC/Financial area, it's perfect. Within walking distance of the WTC memorial, the Oculus, the West Side waterways, Brookfield Mall, Financial District and more. I certainly look forward to my next stay 🥰

This place would be a 2.5, maybe 3, if they were more honest about the amenities and also what you actually get for upgrading a room. I got a "superior" room with mini fridge and microwave, but it had a giant pole in the middle of the "living" room and an alley view. Nothing superior about it. Also, they claim to have free laundry but you have to book it days in advance. Yes, there's free water but you may have to go up or down a floor to find one that has cold water. Same with the tap in the living room, you can get sparkling water, but it's warm. The rooms also need a bit of TLC, my room had a few carpet stains and didn't look any where as modern as the photos on the website.
