We were dying! Too hot to sleep and they only had one fan which was just useless! No windows no air no fans! They were nice tho, and if this is your first time in Barcelona and you get to the hostel at night don't get scared! Like we did... you'll see the streets are not that bad. The city...

Probably there are better locations, but overall, this place was great. My girlfriend and I could stay in hotels, but time after time, we go back to hostels. There's a youthful buzz we like to get high off of and meeting new people is right up our alley. When we feel the need to be social, we go for a...

I came here in 2009 after a long summer camp. I missed one night so they cancelled my whole reservation but charged the first night - when I arrived they offered me a smaller dorm room and I actually preferred it. One night it was so overcrowded that people slept on mattresses in the upstairs kitchen. It is a brilliant...

This is one of my favorite hostels I've ever been! The rooms were quite small but comfortable. The prices were really low and still the breakfast was included! You could easily travel around by metro and I found the streets safe even that the hotel is Harlem.

I have a habit of writing long reviews but I literally have nothing bad to say about this place at all. I was here in 2009- it has Great beds, big rooms, big kitchens, great service, excellent breakfast at a great price for NYC. Sure, it is in Harlem but it is fine- I never felt unsafe and the subway...

The hostel is basic but clean and friendly. Rooms are small but ours had an ensuite (shared amoung the 8 people in our dorm) and was decent enough. The hostel is small and over a few levels (no lift) with the main kitchen on the ground floor, TV and games room in basement and rooms above. We like to walk...

Good location: 4 blocks from the train station and 59th st Columbus Ciricle, some stores right next door to get some essentials for food, toiletries, etc. Really nice people, service from 8 to midnight. I was during 7 days in this hostel and it was really nice: first because it's really good location and second because it was really clean...

I was during 7 days in this hostel and it was really nice: first because it's really cheap and second because it was really clean and the staff is so nice (Viviana helped us a lot for the metro and the taxi ;-))...At the begining we were quite afraid because it was located in harlem, but safe aera, near the...

My boyfriend and I came to NYC for a leisurely weekend and being college students, we didn't want to pay a ridiculous amount of money for lodging so this hostel was perfect price-wise. We took the subway and walked about six blocks to get to the hostel. The neighborhoods looked sketchy, but during the day we were completely fine. Coming...
