Four of us stayed here on a college tour in Manhattan and were impressed by its proximity to the subway and Greenwich Village/Soho area. The good: + Hotel front door is steps from the Houston St. 1 train, which for us, was very helpful based on what we wanted to do in the city. Had to get uptown on a...

Just returned to Florida from a family vacation to NYC. Everyone we encountered at Courtyard was professional, helpful & friendly! We got great advice on places to eat and had every question answered quickly. Our room was quiet (16th floor), elevators were fast, it was easy to get around by subway and on foot. I would definitely stay here again....

We stayed four nights last week. The hotel is small but very clean with a friendly staff who were very helpful. Our room on the 14th floor was small and did not have a bathtub but was comfortable and the bed was excellent. It has only a breakfast bar and small coffee shop with very limited menu options. It is,...

We arrived after a very long day due to the snowstorm affecting our flight. We were welcomed warmly and given directions to a great Italian restaurant just down the road. The room was spacious enough to cope with our six suitcases! We're on a seven week trip! It was clean and the shower was of a good size and powerful....

Terrific location - a close walk to restaurants, shops and the center of SoHo. Rooms are small- but its New York- all the rooms are small. rooms are well equipped and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Gym was basic, but great for a morning work out. The starbucks restaurant in the lobby was great for a quick coffee...

This is a very good location for staying in the West Village, SoHo area of Manhanttan. Walking distance to the High Line, Ubion Square and Washington Square. Despite their lobby being under cobstruction, staff as Super friendly and accommodating. valet parking is well worth the extra $, as you will want to ditch your car. Easy to walk around or...

Nice and clean room, roomy bathroom. Nothing special but good quality. Good location if you like jazz. Smalls and Village Vanguard easy walk from the hotel. One of the better experiences in NYC and good value for the money.

You choose this hotel while it is close to almost everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We never tried their breakfast, as we wanted to eat down town. The rooms are rather small with small beds. The room was too small for four persons with four suitcases.

From check in to the time we left, the staff was very helpful with getting us whatever we needed. The check in process was seamless. We had a broken lamp in our room when we arrived. It was fixed the next day when we notified the front desk that morning. As with other reviews, the rooms are smaller than normal,...
