A great hotel is in great location right next to Time Square, the rooms are nice and spacious and the breakfast and cafe with drinks and snacks all included in the price was a nice added touch. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning on visiting New York

My granddaughter my daughter and I stayed at the Pearl in November of 2023 It was highly recommended by a friend. The check- in staff were wonderful the rooms were large and clean. Returning to the room after a long day of walking the city sightseeing and seeing a show. We just wanted to take a shower and get in bed unfortunately there was no hot water. The front desk told us to run the water and it would probably get hot after way more than 45 minutes the water still was not even lukewarm We got assistance from somebody at the front desk who tried desperately to get it hot and then explained to us that because of the time of night most of the hot water was used on the upper floors because the water comes from the roof down. We were told nothing could be done until the next day. We were leaving the next day. There was no way I was getting into that clean bed after being out in the rain all day in New York. The man that was trying to help called to see if they could put us in another room.No luck. Finally after 11 o'clock at night the water did get hot. When we check out the next morning I brought it to the front desk's attention about the hot water issue. They gave us a 15% discount. I didn't think that was sufficient but my daughter did not want to make an issue out of it. I'm writing this review because I did put a complaint in on the Pearl's website back in December. As of March I still have not even heard a word from them

I rarely leave reviews but based on how good The Pearl Hotel was, I really felt the need to share. It's just the perfect base for a visit to New York City, and I couldn't recommend it highly enough. The staff are lovely and so helpful & pleasant. I was visiting with my two daughters, ages 15 & 17, and we shared a Deluxe Double Queen Room. It was very spacious, had really comfortable beds and a very nice bathroom (with a really nice deep bath & great shower). Breakfast was self-service and had a very good selection of nice croissants, scones, cereal, toast etc. The location was superb. It'sa 1 minute walk to Time Square! We went to a Broadway show which was just around the corner - it was so handy. Another nice perk was the tea/coffee/hot chocolate facilities available all day long just off the reception and the wine served in the lobby (complimentary) between 5pm & 6pm. If ever I visit New York again, and I sure hope I do, as it's a great city to visit, I will definitely stay here again.

The Pearl Hotel exceeded my expectations! This was my first trip to NYC and the Pearl helped to make it the best trip! I chose the Pearl because it was in the Theater district and close to the attractions I had intended to check out. The location was awesome. Easy to walk to Time Square or an easy walk to a subway station. The front desk guys were awesome. A special shout out to Keegan! He was very helpful and kind. We mapped out our day each morning. He explained how to get to the subway we needed and gave us suggestions on reservations. The room was great. We didn’t have a view, but we were not there for a hotel view. The beds were comfy. The shower and tub were phenomenal after walking all day. It was nice to have a microwave and coffee pot in the room as well. The continental breakfast was delish. It was nice to fill the belly up before a day of sightseeing. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends that are planning on taking a trip to NYC! I will be back!

I have to agree with every point left by reviewer Katie P. ( I don’t know her) Great location Rooms are very big We loved the free wine hour from 5-6pm We loved the free coffee and snacks We were on the 4th floor and it was very quiet. We didn’t enjoy the bathroom as it was too small. There is obviously no kitchen in this hotel as everything is served with disposable cups, cutlery, plates, bowls. This is really horrible for your guests and terrible for the environment!!!! I thought the selection of food was also very poor with the cheapest of the cheap items. Please reconsider this or just don’t offer breakfast.

Great location Great size rooms Great donuts at breakfast Wine hour a nice touch Free snacks 24/7 Friendly and helpful staff The BIGGEST downsid was all the disposable plastic and cups used at breakfast and in the rooms!! Please reconsider this as it leaves such a bad impression of your sustainability values as well as cheapening what is actually a plush city hotel.

The rooms are large, clean and comfortable, and have everything you could possibly need, even a coffee/tea making station. There is a coffee station also down the hall from the check-in desk, and you can help yourself to coffee/ tea and cookies or snacks 24/7 At aroung 6.00 pm they serve wine, like a happy hour thing, for all guests, which I thought was neat even if I dont drink myself. Although it is at a stone's throw away from Times Square, it is very quiet. There are lots of places to eat around, from bars to fancy restaurants. Staff was amazing and check-in and out was a breeze. They provide you with an umbrella, which came in real handy when we stayed. WIFI worked very well, too. A great experience from start to finish.

We stayed here as a family of 4 in October 2023. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel has complimentary wine for an hour everyday, which was great after a long day walking around. The breakfast was also included and was delicious. We were 3 minute walk into Times Square. Great location, central for everywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be returning.

Spur of the moment trip to NYC. No snow in NH, weather was warm. Normally we stay at a chain hotel, but this time we took a chance. I can’t say how happy we were. The staff, I can’t compliment enough. From the doorman greeting you outside to the desk personnel. You feel welcome before you get out of your car. You are close to everything too. Definitely going to come back here.
