I have always had a great experience. Have stayed at this property several times. It is easy to find, ease access to several high points in the City.As busy as this property is, they always stay on top to ensure the rooms are clean and available on time. Security is at first always checking to ensure only their guess have...

I did NOT receive a credit for their $50 per night incidental charge post-check out, as they stated when I signed for the total amount. Check out, Mar. 15, now Mar. 29. I called a total of 8 times to their Billing dept., reservations, and front desk. No one called me back. I have no choice but to dispute the...

Just because I had an excellent welcome at the front desk and German Romero was super polite and welcoming I am giving 3 stars. Otherwise I would give 2. The Ubication 👌 The Front desk service 👌 The rooms were small but ok for two friends and had two twin beds, which were better that one queen. The bathroom is...

Maybe it was a very bad day for The Row. Worst hotel experience I have had in NYC ever. Front desk staff aloof and actually person I spoke with was rude. Good location, but not worth the aggravation. Do not recommend

We stayed four nights at The Row NYC to attend a conference about 3 blocks away and to visit clients in Manhattan. The hotel is an older hotel which has tried to do a W-like makeover with mixed success. The best things about it are the location one block off of Times Square and the relatively lower price in comparison...

It is the second time I have stayed at ROW Hotel as it has an excellent location and the rooms are a good size, clean and with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and most of them speak Spanish too. I think they should improve the elevator service as they are extremely slow and one loses a lot of time...

I was conflicted when rating/reviewing this hotel because it was nice enough but there were definitely some major downfalls that kept me from giving it 4 stars. I would come here again, only if my Air B&B of choice was booked (as was the case this time). PROS: The rooms are cute and do the job, comfortable beds, and I...

I travel a lot - every other week. I decided to give this hotel a try, given its location. Mistake. First, during my reservation, i made special requests from the concierge staff. didn't hear anything back until an hour before arrival - and that was from guest services stating they had forwarded the request to the concierge team. OK -...

This hotel is a block off of TSQ and has convenient subway locations surrounding it, as well as great places to eat around it. Elevators in this hotel is pretty cool that your floor gets a 'private' elevator bank. The pillows were super comfortable, the beds were great to sleep on after a full day of walking. The A/C was...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
