although the hotel was nice, the breakfast offering at the bar could have a better set up. the staff I interacted with was nice. the hotel is very loud but I don't think that can be helped given the constant noise everywhere. not happy that I had to pay for facilities which I did not use, nor did I have...

I stayed at ROW NYC from March 20-23, 2017 and had such an awesome time!!! The check in process was super easy and the hotel is located one block west of Times Square. There are lots of restaurants located all around that vary in price range too. The rooms are super cute and clean and I had nothing but a...

Very pleased with the location of the RowNyc and the many eating places close by. The shuttle service recommended by the hotel to bring our family group to and from JFK was excellent. Would recommend the Row to friends and will stay there again if we're ever in New York.

We stayed at The Row NYC for our first trip to the city. Friendly staff. German Romero was great assisting us with our room check in. The room was tiny but we didn't need a whole lot of space for the two of us. Nice storage areas though. Would have liked to have had a refrigerator. The baseboards were dirty-which...

I have never experienced a hotel stay with such poor customer service and staff communication. I bring large groups here, and I struggle to get help from managers. A teenage girl in our group got trapped in the elevator for 1 hour. The hotel staff didn't call the firefighters after they told me they did. Girl got out, and another...

The hotel has a great location near Times square, but our room was tiny and very noicy. There is a huge fan outside between the buildings that make a lot of sound, in addition to the enormous A/C inside the room.

Room was not ready upon arrival at 8 pm!!! Service told us this happens quite often.... we were offered a smaller room which we denied. At 9:30 we finally could move into the room we actually paid for.

Great Stay for 2 nights. Rooms are small, and some paint chipping in my room that was pretty noticeable, but beds are comfortable, and hot water in the bathrooms. The Restaurants and Lobby area downstairs are fantastic. Great location.

From the check in counter to the bellman everyone was super attentive and nice. Smiles and excellent customer service continued at the hotel bar with bartender Raphael. The gym had tvs on the equipment so bring your earbuds.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
