The hotel appears great online and first impressions were awesome! The room however had damaged furniture, gross dirty carpet, no towels, no toilet paper, and the most annoying noise in the bathroom wall that did not stop the entire 4 days we were there. I notified the lobby as well as replied to an email asking how my room was...

My visit to Row NYC was amazing! The drinks were to incredible and our bartender/mixologist Rafael made our visit an unforgettable one. We had so much fun hanging out at the bar. It's the perfect location off on Times Square. The live performance was a nice touch and the whole establishment was very welcoming. I will definitely come back next...

This be my 4th time here. New paint, friendlier & more helpful staff especially front desk. Lady staff 'Gardina, Gadina' was very quick in getting my room changed yesterday. A male staff over at reception seeing me waiting by the side quickly asked more staff to come over & assist, despite him having to deal with a long queue at...

The service is great and the location is awesome. You can do everything by walk. The only thing we don't like it was Our room was not the same we paid. We book a Queen size bed and a city view and we don't have that. But was ok. In NY you don't spend time at the room. The bed...

Like I said, it is what it is. Nothing great, just decent and acceptable. Customer service was lacking. Workers were downright rude. Not so much to us, but I overheard a lot of negative comments and low patience.

The hotel is very well situated, just five minutes from The Times Square. The room is not big, but always very clean. No trouble to use the elevators. You have a lot of places to visit and dine very close to the area, like a Shake Shack almost in front of the Hotel. The only bad thing is that sometimes...

The Row Hotel form the picture, outside in, look impressive, however when you arrive indoors, its much less impressive. We arrived at night, and initially I honestly thought a nightclub was attached, but realised at later on, this was just indoor music, for a small bad. It didn't bother us at all but as an observation, however if I had a...

I had stayed at this hotel many, many years ago when it was under a different name. Boy! Has it changed. The staff was extremely friendly which is of the utmost importance to me. The location is prime. The rooms were great. I had a queen by myself, but I felt like I could have been comfortable if I were traveling...

This is an excellent hotel for the value and it's location. Well managed and it has a neat way to check in with your smart phone. They notify you when the room is ready and all you do is pick up the key.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
