Second stay at Row. Previously six nights 2013. Overall pleased with stay. Great room location, best elevator system that I have ever encountered in my extensive travels. Great value for location. Only negatives, bell service couldn't be located and had to carry our luggage to check in. once someone took over, he was great. Our room had only a desk... More

Very busy hotel. Staff varied from very pleasant and helpful to indifferent. No proper restaurant for sit down meal. Very central and convenient for sight seeing. (One block from Times Square.) Mould in shower. No tea or coffee in room.

Me and my friend got a double room. When we arrived there they were so busy but they were well staffed and it just took 10 mins to check in. The hotel was pretty clean but a little old. I can recommend it if you want to spend your night really closed to Times Square!

Perfect location near Times Squares, small rooms but clean and friendly staff. Check-in was quiet fast and the check-out even faster. Lobby always croudy but friendly people. I would book it again 😊 Anita A.

Having read other visitors reviews we were unsure about what we would find during our stay. The hotels location is perfect for Times Square and a short walk to 5th ave too. On entering the lobby I was shocked at how dark and gloomy it was, not very welcoming nor a great first impression, waiting to check in, seemed to... More

Hotel was very central, rooms small but clean enough, although could do with a bit of refurbishment. Bathroom really small and could also do with refurbishment. The city kitchen within the hotel was excellent, especially for breakfast. Check in a bit of a nightmare, took 45 mins to check in, actually the longest line I stood in whilst in New... More

Poorly cleaned room. Very busy hotel. The noise from outside is ridiculously loud! Overall a not so relaxing stay. I wouldn't return unless the rooms are soundproof, and I wore ear plugs in bed! A plus, however, was the extremely comfy bed.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
