Really care about you and your preferences. Will highly recommend to friends and family as the location was ideal to move to and from places. The room is a bit small but was adequate for us. The overall smell of the room is very clean.

I've stayed at hotels on both ends of the spectrum - complete dumps, and tier 1 properties. This Hyatt really knocked it out of the park - especially for the price. The customer service was really what blew me away. Alicia, an employee of the property, took such great care of us and made sure we felt right at home....

This isn't your typical Hyatt hotel. The building is 19 floors and except for one room all others are small King size or double queen rooms. The Decour is very contemporary and the space is utilize well. The staff is exceptional as is the gentleman who make sure the hotel is kept looking well both inside and out. The food...

I stayed there for 2 nights. The location is great. It is walking distance from anywhere you would to go. The hotel is neat with a nice vibe to it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Although I booked a small room, I didn't feel it was small.

I should caveat this review by saying that I am a fan of traditional luxury hotels and frequently stay with the Grand Hyatt brand in Asia (I am writing this review from the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur). This NYC hotel is a limited service offering on a much smaller scale. I did not like this concept. The front desk staff...

Always stay at Hyatt hotels and I have to say the staff here is one of the best! They really go above and beyond to make your stay perfect! I also ordered room service for dinner and the food was delicious! I had salmon and garlic mashed potatoes, really recommend if you want something nice to eat. They also have...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
