First off, for New York, this room was HUGE. It was clean. It had three windows! It was quiet. And the surroundings feel very safe! I would not hesitate to stay here again, except for two things: 1) There's no tub. This is normally a given in New York because of space issues, except this bathroom was HUGE. There was...

I had a great stay here. Great location for me and the room was much bigger than I'd expected. I've stayed here before but that was several years ago. Very friendly staff that did everything to accommodate us with any questions or issues we had i.e. extra pillows/sheets The only issues I had were with the condition of some of...

This hotel conveniently located on Lexington Avenue in easy walking distance of shopping, theatre and galleries. Our room (double twin) was large, with big walk in closet, well sized bathroom and amazingly comfortable beds and pillows. Rooms fronting on Lexington do get street noise (especially lower floors) but not enough to prevent sleep. The breakfast buffet is basic but reasonably...

I stayed here for business recently and did not choose the hotel. I had some problems with my room that weren't addressed after asking for them to be taken care of on 2 separate occassions and this was after dealing with them for 24+ hours.. TV didn't work, couldnt regulate temperature in my room (room temp was 85 degrees and...

I stayed at the Tuscany this past weekend and I had a great experience. The room and bathroom were MUCH bigger than I expected. Considering I booked the smallest type of room the hotel offers, I was blown away by how spacious it was. One of the largest I’ve stayed in for NYC. I also really like the design of...

The Court hotel has excellent location and comfort to stay in NYC. 39th & Lexington with 5 minutes walk to Grand Central is a great spot. By the way, good bar. A lot of places to eat nearby. The only thing I didn't like is that room didn't have desk to work. Internet was good. Staff VERY friendly

We had a terrace suite at the 15th floor. Large room, nice (but small) terrace. Very helpful and friendly staff. The only thing we missed was a coffee maker in the room. The breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant (Beer and Buns) was a disapontment, try Scotty's Diner across the street!

Arrived in the evening, was promptly greeted and assigned our room. Check in was a breeze. Our room, 4th floor, was nicely laid out. Zero complaints.. All staff were helpful when asked questions or directions. The bar area was relaxing and inviting.. Location isn't as close to Penn Station as we expected but we made it work.

This was my second visit to this hotel, and the second time I booked through Hotwire for a great price. The rooms are lovely and big, and apart from the odd maintenance issue here and there, are perfect for the price. The only issue we had was our shower curtain didn't quite sit inside the bathtub and so if you...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
