This year we treated our 16 and 13-year-old with a trip to NYC for their Christmas gift. We had never been, so after much research, we settled on a new hotel in the financial district based on their excellent reviews. I couldn't have chosen better for a perfect "home base" for our adventures. So many things within walking distance and an easily navigable subway stop just a few blocks away. From the friendly faces at the door and front desk to the impeccable service and decor, this was the best stay we could have imagined. The beds and rooms were comfortable and lovely!

Staying at the Wall Street Hotel was a treat. I get around New York City by subway, and the hotel is one block from the 2 and 3 express subway. This is a critical requirement in my travel planning. I get cranky if I don't get a good nights sleep, and the key to that is a comfortable bed. The beds in the hotel are very comfortable. The sheets, pillows, and towels are plentiful and pristine. The hotel is completely new on the inside with elegant, high end furniture, and fixtures. Cooling system very quiet, the shower room has two heads, one for hand held use by folks those who need that. Great shower water pressure. All kinds of amenities in the room including a full size umbrella in the closet in case of rain. I had dinner in the hotel's French La Merchand Restaurant. The food was incredibly delicious. Staff was super friendly. Got a very welcome delivery of complimentary, fresh baked S'Mores shortly after check in, and beds turned down with chocolate on the pillow in the evening. I am a very heavy reader, and many hotel rooms disappoint with insufficient lighting. The hotel room had great lighting with options for bright lighting (great for reading) to more subdued choices. Although I did not visit, the Wine/Cocktail lounge area was well furnished and very busy with Wall Street professionals at 5 pm on a Wednesday evening. Great hotel, great location, happy guest. Will be back.

Stayed two nights during a summer weekend. The wall street hotel is at easy walking distance to all of the downtown areas and Pier 16. Also very easy to get to with the subway. Eddie is great, super welcoming and friendly. We really like the bar area, the decor is so pretty. The drink was really good too.
The room we got felt bigger than the picture online. The highlight is the super powerful Jetstream showerhead, it made us feel so clean and relax after a long day of walking in the city. The bathroom also comes with heated floor!!
The bed is very comfy; they also offer a turndown service in the city evening, which came with some nice chocolates. The room has a beautiful color theme, we love the different colors that they chose. The room also came with a Minibar, fridge with beverages, Nespresso coffee machine, safe, and slippers.
The only advice we have is, maybe it would be helpful to put the 'do not disturb ' sign at the door, if you are taking a nap. Or else you might be woke up by the knocking for the turndown service.
We had an awesome time at the wall street hotel, would love to come back again.

The Wall Street Hotel is definitely worth a visit next time you're in the area. The property is full of friendly and welcoming staff, Alan at the front desk, the polite housekeepers on the floor, and the enthusiastic staff in the bar and the restaurant. The guestroom was well appointed and the shower had the best water pressure in a hotel shower I've ever experienced. All the food in the restaurant and bar was delicious, especially the lamb and rice pilaf. The fitness center was also well equipped and did not feel like an afterthought. I would happily return to the Wall Street Hotel.

Greetings, I was on a friends and family trip via a sister hotel from Washington D.C. Once I arrived I was met with buoyant front desk receptionists who answered my detailed questions with both precision and ease. I was ecstatic with the amount of detail received due to me being a very inquisitive individual. From a real estate perspective the hotel is built in a great area which serves as a nucleus to things such as the following: 1. NYC Ferry, NYSE, Broadway, 9/11 Memorial, World Trade Center, and Charging Bull just to name a few activities I partook in. I was able to both exercise and save a lot of money from transportation fees due to aforementioned location. Despite not having a microwave or fridge in the rooms a Duane Reade (Walgreens) is across the street ( less than 2 minute) walk which is 24/7. I was able to buy things and store at room temperature with little to no trouble. For those on a budget they are a lot of fan favorite eateries close to the hotel which include but are not limited to the following: Cava, chipotle, 5 guys, Burger King, & pizza, and juice/vegetarian options as well. Overall I was very satisfied with the hotel and will be back to visit. Kind Regards, R.

I stayed this past weekend at The Wall Street Hotel and was very impressed with the service. The hotel is located on Wall Street in the heart of the financial district, a few blocks away from the New York Stock Exchange and less than 10 minutes walking distance from Battery Park. The room we stayed in was a double bed on the 9th floor. The room was spacious and clean with beautiful artwork on the walls. The bathroom also has a spacious shower and a special thermostat to adjust the floor temperature. The closet was large and bathrobes are provided for use - just beware if you take them home they cost $100. The service from the staff was my favorite thing about the hotel. The staff was very welcoming, super attentive, and caring. The one thing I think can be improved is the complimentary breakfast. Breakfast options were chocolate croissant, regular croissant, hard boiled eggs, nonfat Greek yogurt, coffee, and juice. The gym in the hotel was also very clean and the equipment was brand new. Overall, we had a very relaxing and wonderful stay at The Wall Street Hotel.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. All the staff at this hotel are genuinely friendly and very helpful, from the front desk to the bartenders to housekeeping. The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom size was big for a NYC hotel. There are double vanities in the bathroom. The shower had fantastic water pressure. Best shower at any hotel I've stayed at thus far. There is a bar cart in the room, see menu for pricing. There is a nespresso coffee machine in the room with some complimentary pods and tea bags. Slippers and robes can be found in the wardrobe and an umbrella for those rainy days. thankfully we did not have to use the umbrella. There is an iron and ironing board in the wardrobe as well. The hair dryer can be found in a nice clean basket under the vanity in the bathroom. The Fitness Center was the perfect size with all the equipment you will need when traveling and more. The bar is exquisite, very comfortable and not overly loud. The free wifi worked well and didn't have any issues. The hotel is beautiful all together. You can tell there was a lot invested and thought put into the design of the room/hotel. Hotel is within walking distance to the south street seaport, the ferry to Governor's Island, South Ferry, Battery Park, Battery Park City, the Oculus, 9/11 memorial, Stone Street, Wall Street, Chinatown, Little Italy, Tribeca, CIty Hall, The Brooklyn Bridge, and accessible to many subway lines, including the PATH trains to NJ. Can't wait to come back and visit again. Thank you to Alan, Samantha, Steven, David, and all the staff that we crossed paths with. Thank you all for an unforgettable stay.

I was in the city for a quick trip and luckily, I booked my two night stay at the Wall Street Hotel. Upon entering the building for check in, I was greeted by the wonderful door man Eddy who helped me with my bags and offered his assistance throughout the rest of the stay. Helen checked me in with courtesy and was able to answer all of my questions about the city and the hotel restaurants (which there are many). I had a drink at the lobby bar, which was delicious and peaceful. When I returned to my room late on night 2, they had provided turndown service with two chocolates waiting on my pillow as well as a note about the next day's forecasted weather. I thought that was an amazing touch. The bathroom floors are heated and the water pressure in the shower was absolutely AMAZING. The rooms included a Nespresso machine so I was able to get my early morning espresso fix before even leaving my room! The gym had top notch TRX gear as well. Even though I wasn't home, I felt like I had all the amenities I needed to make it feel like I was in my normal routine at home. The bed was also VERY comfortable, I didn't want to get up. HIGHLY recommend this hotel to any NYC travelers. It makes a huge city feel comfortable and cozy.

Wanted to stay in the city for a romantic night out. We checked in late and got in extremely tired and hungry. When we walked in Samantha at the front desk greeting us with the biggest smile and energy. We told her we were hungry she informed us of all the places around the area we can eat at including the restaurant inside the hotel but we wanted to dine out . Samantha offered to call the restaurant and see if they were still open. We went up to our room and settled in.

Samantha shocked us when she called our room and said she had made reservations for us. She truly made us feel us feel like all her attention was on us.

Room: we stood in room 813 . Loved the setup , you name it they have it. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom has heated floor , the water pressure was strong and the showerhead had different settings which my back enjoyed. The bed was nicely setup and clean. The mini bar is a real bar with 4 to 5 bottles and othe treats . They also have the mini fridge with water and refreshments. All needed for a great comfortable stay was in the room.

In the morning I had called down because I forgot what time was check out and Allen at the front desk picked up. Without seeing his face, you can hear his pleasantness. As we got in extremely late he offered a 1 hour extension to the check-out time. I had called back because I had another question and he returned my call.

I stood for one night but the way the staff made us feel made us want to stay an extra night.

If your looking for a hotels with beautiful decor, bar and Restuarant in the same facility , great staff , great location by the pier this is the place to stay.

Thank you once again . We have been to many hotels and we loved how this one made us feel.

Will be returning back soon.

This was our second stay and they did not disappoint. From the moment you are dropped at the curb, you are greeted as though you live there. Eddie who is a mainstay doorman greets you as a family member or Clinton will make sure that you have an umbrella or the package that you are waiting for, both individuals made our stay exceptional. Michael who was attentive to our check in . Makela the General Manager of the restaurant made sure that we had our food in the room in a rush. Housekeeping is so attentive to all of your needs and makes you feel that you are at home. The moment you enter the hotel the scent keeps you coming back. We will continue to make this our first stay!!!!
