Hotel was fine. Outside of the dining experience, the staff were great. You don’t stay at a hotel for its dining but, you expect it to be on par with the hotel. Our experience - it was not. The food was ver overpriced. The service was very poor. Both at RT60 and Sessions. The live music at Sessions was great though.

My wife and I stayed here from August 21st to August 24th. Absolutely amazing property and top level customer service. The concierge greeted us with bottled water when we checked in and asked how he could be of service. We explained to him that we were trying to check in early as we arrived at 9:30AM. Although they had no rooms available, he had a bellhop take our luggage to storage so we could explore the town. The hotel is brand new and is completely amazing. Lots of cool memorabilia on the walls and the customer service is top notch. My only complaint is that the rooms are a little small but I guess that is expected in NYC. An awesome stay to say the least and my wife and I will be looking to stay at other Hard Rock properties when we travel together and with family. Stay away from the NYY Steakhouse. Completely overpriced and a terrible atmosphere. We walked in on a Monday night and were the only couple in the steakhouse. We asked to see a menu and when we saw the prices we got up and left. An 8 oz. steak was $60.00 USD and a baked potato was $15.00 USD. NO THANKS! ** Just so you are aware, the hotel charges $45.90/night for a resort fee which they claim is for use of their in-room coffee maker, wi-fi and fitness facilities. You should be able to opt of the resort fee if you choose not to use any of the facilities but you can't. The charge is extremely pricey but is right up there with everything else you get charged for in NYC.…

So we have booked to stay here for Christmas 2023. Being our first time visiting NYC, I contacted the Concierge to ask for recommendations for our visit and for Christmas Day Dinner. Wow exceptional customer service received from Michael. If the customer received so far Is anything to go by this has made us so much more very excited to be staying at the Hard Rock Hotel.

I paid a $400 deposit on 26th Aug. for our stay at Hard Rock and a whole month later I still have not received my deposit back from them, despite chasing them. There is no sense of urgency or care from Hard Rock when you contact them. They just don’t care about holding onto your money. I’ve read some reviews that they have never got it back - I hope I am not in this category but it seems Hard Rock, New York are thieves. Clean & modern room.

don't go tot the roof top bar, they were throwing people out with the short notice and allowing others to stay telling us only friends of the cereal manager can stay as long as the want. It is overall terrible customer service, unfriendly staff. When I asked the front desk if I can extend one more night because my meetings got postponed, they said they don't do that and that I have to call 800 number. I moved to a different hotel.

The hotel is very nice and the location is good near times square and the subway. Many restaurants around. You feel very comfortable in the hotel, the rooms are nice and very clean. The view in the rt60 has a good view and the drinks good

The customer service was amazing. I unfortunately left my mobile phone in an Uber and the reception staff went above and beyond to support me in tracking it down. I could not thank the night staff enough for their help and even letting me use their personal phones when my international number didn't work. I wish I took their names at the time but I hope they are able to get rewarded somehow for their assistance. The rooms were also lovely and the rooftop bar has amazing views and drinks! 100 out of 10 for this hotel. The only downside was that we had to leave sooner than we wanted to! Hope to be back here soon. Thank you once again Hard Rock Hotel, you really do rock!

We really enjoyed the Hard Rock NYC. It’s right in the middle of Times Square so easily accessible to everything. The shower was fantastic. In the common area, mixed sex bathrooms were a little weird but not a problem- just a little different. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book there again!

The staff make the hotel special, at every point. Helpful, efficient, welcoming, going the extra mile. The hotel itself is nice, practical, you get what you pay for with some extra little benefits. My son had a guitar in his room throughout our stay which he loved.

Perfect staff, Nice place to stay, clean, safe and quiet. Close to subway. Lobby staff very pleasant and helpfull. A great adress in Manhattan. Be carefull about RT60 booking. It’s quickly complete. Nice view at thé RT60
