I've always enjoyed my stay at the Millennium Hotels, but my first experience at the Premier was truly exceptional. I had a bit of a personal emergency which required me to make last minute tricky adjustments to my reservation which staff handled quickly, efficiently and courteously. What distinguishes The Millennium Premier for me other than the obvious luxury suites and Times Square location is the exceptional staff, including Monique at the front desk who always provides an exceptional entry and concierge experience, the timely and professional room service and always clean and orderly lobby and suites. The exceptional staff, outstanding rooms and location are what keeps me coming back personally, but for those who've never experienced a Millennium hotel, I highly recommend the Millennium Premier Times Square for any stay in New York...it's always been an exceptional experience.…

My first time in Manhattan, birthday week! The hotel really good location Moniaue - was great and super helpful for us! Ask for her anytime you go there, she will do the best! Great communication skills, professional, welcomed us and accommodated really fast on our early check in. Great experience!

I couldn’t be happier with this hotel. The rate we got on the winter promotion was phenomenal for the location. Nice quite space. We were treated very well and our room was perfect for an overnight stay. Monique remembered us and was a warm welcoming presence.

Arrived early check not until 4pm but, I was able to check in thanks to Monique. What a nice start to my start. I lonny was nice & clean & smelled amaxing. This hotel offers reasonable price and nice service with best location.

I made a potentially disastrous mistake with my booking. Fortunately for me, Monique on Reception was very understanding and demonstrated great customer focus and service. To be honest, the room (which I was lucky to get in the circumstances) suggests the hotel could possibly do with a little refresh/refurb. But, that said, staff like Monique go a long way in leaving you with a positive impression and memory of the stay overall. Hence the five stars.
