Hotel is average at best, expensive, and a bit dated. Location is great for the 9/11 Memorial, Lower Manhattan, and the Financial District. Breakfast selection was better than average. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Staff does go out of their way to try and help.

Well, let me say just how dumbfounded and totally excited my wife and I were when we were sitting on the tarmac in PHX bound for NYC and we had a "text" from Ashley at the Hilton Millennium asking if she could do anything for us. 30 years in customer service and honestly that was unique. Oh and so genuine...

Hello Mary and Graham, Thank you for such a wonderful review. I will let Ashley, Heather, John and Amy know of your kind words. Happy to read that the Millenium Hilton was able to fill the void of the Waldorf Astoria while you were visiting NYC. Glad that our location worked for your itinerary! We look forward to welcoming you...

Just spent four nights here for a family getaway. The room was a junior suite overlooking the 9/11 memorial. Fantastic view, nice sized room, clean, all the amenities. The rooms are not the most modern (90's look) but classy and dignified still. Subway location immediately out front. Not worth parking here and paying the fee, grab the subway and enjoy...

I have just returned from yet another amazing stay at this wonderful hotel with my wife and young son. From the very start at arrival the reception staff and concierge staff were amazing and very helpful. The customer service delivered has become even better at this hotel. I had an issue with missing baggage from Emirates which was dealt with...

What a wonderful staff and hotel! We were upgraded at check in.. nice surprise! We stayed here when we visited the 9/11 museum and the Freedom tower.. perfect location. Actually love downtown better than midtown. Great places to eat all around.. without the Times Square prices. Will definitely be back, even when we are visiting Mid Town.. worth the drive...

Great location if you need to go to the Financial District. They have a small heated indoor pool for laps which is nice. The restaurant is a bit depressing. Breakfast is very average; dinner you can skip.

The Millenium Hilton. Of course, what first comes to mind is The Millenium Falcon reference. And it turns out to be a pretty good match! The [Star Wars] Falcon was a broken down ex-top-of-the-line vessel once capable of wonders in the space-travel category. This Hilton is quite similar in that it too is a broken down ex-top-of-the-line hotel once synonymous...

Room was ready until 10pm and our check in time was at 3:30. We got there at 5pm ... we had to explore the city without taking a shower after a long fly. 😐 they did give us a discount for the first night after I asked twice and per manager approval. I liked the price and location of the...

Whys its a five It is literally feet from the 9 11 memorial. It has a garage right there. It has an on site restaurant and bar. The subway is right there. The building is very tall and the elevators were very responsive so the wait was never... The view from the room (high floor) was perfect, especially at night...

This particular Hilton is located right in the heart of the Financial district, directly across Church St from the Westfield World Trade Center building, and less than a block from the 9/11 Memorial. During the week, it's a business hotel, but on the weekend, the rates come down, and it's a great option for a couples getaway weekend to the...
