The hotel was really nice and clean. The staff provided great customer service. The only negative was my in room dining because they were out of food that I wanted to order and it was only 6pm. Also I wanted a turkey burger on the regular burger bun, but they couldn't make it that way because they said that the...

Hotel is convenient to all subways which makes it a great location. Also near the WTC memorial which is well worth a visit. However, there is no complimentary breakfast. But we did find the Diner on 75 Nassau Street - only 2 blocks away. But for the price we paid breakfast should be included. But what still amazes me is...

Wife and I stayed here for 4 days over Canadian Thanksgiving. Hotel was clean and efficient. We spent no time there other than to sleep. The room was clean and comfortable. I couldn't believe there was no free wife in the guest rooms, only available in the lobby. Hard to believe when you can get free wifi at any Starbucks,...

When you stay in the middle of the financial district, the common perception is that you're too far south for quick and easy access to all of the culture, tourism, and nightlife that Manhattan has to offer. This Hilton demonstrates how misplaced this perception truly is. It's right next to Ground Zero and has very easy access to all the...

Solid hotel. We had a room on the 38th floor with a nice view of the Brooklyn bridge. The WTC memorial is across the street and the hotel is a short walk from the Staten Island Ferry and Wall Street. Only downside is that it's a longer subway or taxi ride to get to Central Park. We had a late...

Spent 4 nights at the Hilton in lower Manhattan for $250/night w/o breakfast. Check-in is advertised by 3pm; our rooms were not ready and we were asked to wait 1 hour, which we declined. We were offered different rooms which were not acceptable or a paid upgrade; also not acceptable. The manager then offered us two new ready rooms and...

Despite reading various negative reviews on their services here on TripAdvisor, thought would try our luck and give them a chance for its convenient location but was appalled and disappointed. For those who do not have time to read everything below, in short, the hotel hardware - rooms, facilities were good, but the staff and service attitude resembles nothing of...

Excellent location next to the World Trade Center Memorial. Nice rooms with good facilities, but basic mediocre restaurant and a boring lobby bar. No smoking rooms, but smoking possible outside in front of hotel, if required.

I stayed four nights at the Millenium Hilton, last November. My room was clean and spacious with a nice view of Ground Zero and the 9/11 Memorial. The staff was quite helpful and friendly, especially when providing information on interesting places to visit, and on how to use the subway to get there. The resturant at the Millenium Hilton was...
