I dont know why everyone complains, the front desk staff upgraded me to my desired room, The breakfast suprised me with fresh lox , cream cheese, onion, capers and tomato for me and my partner on our day of departure.

Stayed there for 2 nights in may 2014. The room was on the 49th floor with a great view. Very quiet and very clean. There was an ice cube machine on our floor that we used to cool our drinks. :) My only complaint was that there was no wifi in the building.

Stayed here for just over a week in September. We arrived and checked in within a matter of minutes, very pleasant staff on front desk. Room was on floor 51 breathtaking views of the 911 memorial and water front. The only down side with a high floor is the elevators, they are so fast and as it's going up so...

I had a good experience in Hilton. The food is really good and people attend the customers with a lot of attention. However, I would like to stay in a different hotel next time to have a better idea if Hilton is good If I compare with same types of hotels.

have stayed here before and again got a Junior Suite looking out on the new world Trade Tower - still lots of work going on but did not disturb us. Love the view from the high floors. Breakfast area can be a bit chaotic, small buffet area for a lot of people means a lot of dodging people with full...

Wonderful hotel, the staff was awesome and very accomodating during our stay. Especially Oscar at the front desk ! He immediately recognized my Hilton Diamond status, and provided upgrades for rooms for us on a higher floor with an incredible view of the new World Trade Tower , 9/11 Memorial and New York Harbor. I mentioned it was my nephew...

My wife and I recently visited New York and stayed at the Millenium Hilton. The Hotel is in Lower Manhattan and our room on the 49th floor overlooked the 9/11 memorial. The Hotel is modern and clean, with very helpful staff. On arrival we were met by Oscar on the desk who typified the kind of service the americans are...

Spent 4 nights here as part of a holiday booked via Virgin Holidays. Slight issue getting here as we arrived on 11 Sept so various roads in the area were closed. Luckily I know the area so we were dropped off nearby and walked the rest. Checking in was simplicity itself and as I was travelling with my son, I...

Great hotel, lovely big rooms. great views over ground zero. I very much enjoyed being in the financial district, it ensured I used the subway and got to explore so much of the city I don't think i would have if i was more mid-town. tried room service, very good, nice coffee in the room. No complaints, very polite staff...

The front desk staff was very condescending, and must be the reason some visitors to the city feel rudeness abounds I do NOT agree with this in general I believe that most New Yorkers are friendly and helpful. The subway was right there on the same block and this was close to my work office location. 9/11 memorial and WTC...
