We visited the hotel on the busiest day of the year, July 4th. The hotel is right across from the Macy's July 4th Fireworks, and near the 911 Museum. Nonetheless, the staff made us feel like we were the only ones in the hotel. Everyone we encountered was friendly, responsive and well. . . .hospitable.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. I loved being on the 53rd floor, and even though the Twin Towers at Ground Zero were still being built (I stayed in January 2013), the skyline view was magnificent! This Hilton is also in the heart of the financial district and near Wall Street. I have to...

I stay here because I'm a Hilton Diamond Member and it's close to my NY HQ. always great service, nice rooms and comfortable beds, plus an awesome breakfast, with hot items for a small surcharge if you're a platinum member. Well worth it. That said, a couple of things could do with some TLC. The showers need updating as water...

I was looking forward to staying at this hotel. The A/C in the room did not work well. Despite sending an engineer up to the room at 3:30pm and 9:30pm, the temperature in the room never fell below 73 degrees. The hotel could not accommodate me in a different room. Also, after checking into the hotel, I proceeded to my...

Paul, Thank you for your feedback in regards to the A/C not working in your room. I've worked with maintenance to fix the issue, however, I apologize that it wasn't resolved sooner. We are very sorry for the mistake at the front desk and that your reserved room was already occupied. Thank you again for your review and I invite...

Just returned from 4 days visiting NYC & staying here. I have nothing negative to say. It was clean, friendly & accessible to everything.. The parking is such a perk too. Our meals were great & the bartenders charming. Great for families, romance, business or just getting away. I have to imagine the rates will sky rocket once the WTC...

We stayed here Friday 20th to 23rd June! What a great hotel! The bell boy or porter had a brilliant personality. Showed us to our room, put all lights on! All things he should tell you. Always a friendly face whatever time of the day or night you go in or out. We made use of free wifi in lobby....

Lovely hotel right near the World Trade Memorial. It is easy to get around being close to the subway and it is easy to get cabs. Our room was lovely and not a bad size for New York -we had some amazing views out of our window. The staff were helpful and the free wifi in the lobby was a...

The weekend rates make this Hilton worth a stay if you don't mind taking a cab or mass transit to get uptown. The junior suite corner rooms still afford gorgeous views, but the furniture and carpeting could use some updating.Proximity to the new 9/11 museum is a plus, but there's still major construction going on.

Came in town with family for Yankees Red Sox. Hotel was very clean and accomodating, especially for NYC. Staff was very friendly and concierge helped with travel for 5 to the airport. Short walk to subway and direct train to Yankee Stadium. Nice walk ot WTC memorial and excellent view of Freedom Tower.

If you stay at this hotel, you are within a short walk to WTC. We had a corner room with a great view and up high enough from the street and construction noise. Hotel was nice and the rooms were clean. The only issue we had is that the room did not cool off enough over night. Starbucks is connected...
